Although they were the most expensive we were swayed by the presentation of Bruno, their technician and sales rep. The Lennox 2 and 1/2 ton unit they were offering was the most modern and efficient and was made in the USA. Their warranty was not the best one offered by others but seemed like it would be the most reliable in an emergency. We were also swayed by the mostly positive reviews of Wilco when we looked up the company on the internet. We worked with Karen, their office rep who was willing to work with us somewhat on the price. She was friendly, courteous and informative. When I had some additional questions concerning the specs of the units we were buying all our questions were quickly answered by Doug Willis their manger. On 6/12/25 the new unit was installed in one day by the techs Vincent and Charlie. The job was not easy as it required disassembling the old handler unit that was up in the very hot attic and then disassembling and reassembling the new unit up in the attic. They were extremely neat, informative and courteous and had the job completed in approx 7 hours. One week after the installation, on the hottest day of the summer, I noticed water leaking out through the roofing soffit. We called Wilco who was swamped with repair calls due to the hot weather and we were told to shut down the unit. They also promised to send someone up the same day to check out the problem. True to their word the on call tech Vincent came out to our house at around 6 p.m. and fixed the issue which turned out to be minor. I was very impressed with Wilco's quick response and resolution of our problem. Sometimes the cheapest price is not always the best price. The three installation guys (Michael, Jamie and Darrell) were great! They cleaned the work area and left and everything nicer than it was before the work began. I was really impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the guys installing the system (and they are very likeable personable guys too!) I had 3 other quotes from other companies. Like one review here said, H&I weren't the lowest quote and they weren't the highest quote I received, they were right about in the middle. In the end, I went with them because: 1. I already do business with them for my oil delivery so I already know they are super nice and helpful. 2. They didn't have a pushy salesman that pushed me to close the deal the same day as the quote like another company I had give me a quote did. 3. They were honest (at least I believe they were haha). There was another sales guy from another company that told me BS and I knew it was BS when he told me because in my research I found things that contradicted what he told me (and other techs I spoke to said he was incorrect.). I felt like all the other companies wanted was to close the deal. 4. Whitney and Wyane were there to answer all my questions and believe me, I had a lot. Whitney was extremely responsive to every one of my emails. 5. Overall I just felt more confident in them than the other companies that came to give me a quote. I felt the other companies with salesmen just wanted to close the deal and would tell you whatever just to close it. 6. I liked when they gave me a quote it was one of their techs that took all the information, again, not a salesman. I never felt any pressure with them as I felt with other companies that gave me a quote. 7. They are just really nice to deal with. Overall I am extremely happy we decided to go with Hart and Iliff over the other companies! The AC part of the system has been working great! It's a great improvement over my old AC. I'm looking forward to seeing how the system performs in the winter, especially with the heat pump.

We have an older home and finding a technician who has knowledge and experience with both kinds of systems at a good price can be hard, but Legacy came through. This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else
