Well days later I'm at the drive through that their speaker has been in need of repair for a while. I'm being told to speak up, repeat things and turn my car off. It gets better the cashier says there not ready and tells me to leave and call back.. insane she gets someone else who says which one do you need. I ordered them all so stupid question. Then she says that will be 15 to 20 minutes. This place is a joke

Just because insurance pays for it, doesn't mean I want it or that it's the product that works for me. They would not let me see any choices, only wanted me out of the store  so they could be quick to rush another customer and collect the insurance payment.  They refused to adjust the walker for my height , gave no instructions on how to use it. Besides all this were rude.  Another time, they sent me a months worth of the wrong supplies, and then refused to take them back, even though they were unopened.  So I went a month with no supplies. Because they had billed my insurance, I could not order elsewhere.  Very poor communicators, they just assume they know what you want or need,  and treat people like trash.

The pharmacy is the most ridiculous at this location so choose another. I called asking about them printing off my prescription history and they specifically asked how far back would I need. So, I said I need a history for the last 10-15 years. I was cheerily told to just come on in and they would do that. I immediately went in to be told I can get 3 years only. And, I quote the pharmacist here: " So if you need more you will need to call your insurance and I know that sounds like a pain in the a*$ but that's all Walgreens will do. So I used AI to know better and As surely as God Almighty lives, I found the form for requesting the records by fax or email to a Walgreens which is set up for this purpose. Should a pharmacist be so sure to be so unsure and unprofessional with their speech? They had a ton of stuff I don't usually see at my local store, which made wandering the aisles kind of fun. The layout was clean and organized, and the store seemed well-stocked in almost every department. It's a great spot if you're looking to do a one-stop shop for groceries, clothes, camping gear--you name it. Overall, one of the more impressive Walmarts I've been to!

I came in here the other day to get my 2nd shingles vaccine as I got my 1st one @ a CVS back in Las Vegas & knew that they would have a record of this because I wasn't sure of the exact date of when I did get my 1st shingles shot. The lady @ the pharmacy counter was very nice & was able to pull me up by my name & DOB. I had to update my insurance info as my plan changed the first of the new year. It was very busy when I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. I didn't schedule an appointment for my vaccine as I was having trouble connecting to the CVS app. I tell ya the Verizon cell phone service in this area isn't the best. I was able to get my vaccine as a walk in even though it was busy. Jaime the pharmacist was the one who gave me my shingles shot. He was very friendly & nice to chat with. He gave me my shot without any issues (yes, the shingles vaccine does hurt! As I tell patient's "its not the needle that hurts its the medicine) & I had told him how I use to work here in my 20's. The pharmacy has grown as I counted probable about 5-6 people behind the counter. The store has even grown too. I have found that it has gotten more crowded with aisles/products, as if they put more in this store. There isn't much room to move down an aisle if there is someone else in it too. I did get my coupons from their coupon machine & did some shopping based on what coupons I had. I do find CVS to be more expensive than Walmart but with the coupons it helped by lowering the prices of some of the items that I wanted to buy. I did go to the self checkout (which I hate) & did have some problems with scanning my items but one of the employees came over right away & helped me fix the issues. I do find that it can be a pain in getting out of if you park on the smaller parking lot side so I went home the back way then trying to fit to get back out on islington street.

At Walmart, it wasn't easy to browse since most of the men's razors were on the upper shelves, and I use a wheelchair. Fortunately, I met a very kind employee named Irial who was stocking shelves. She listened carefully when I explained what I needed and took the time to help -- lifting down one box after another until we finally found exactly what I was looking for: a Remington R3 razor with a sliding on/off switch. I can't say enough about Irial's patience and kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure I could find the right product. I truly hope Walmart recognizes employees like her and continues hiring helpful, compassionate staff
