Our beautiful invites made by Color & Creation
    Ashley S.

Thank you Sarah for being so helpful theough the whole process. We went in with needing invites but I had my heart set on my artwork printed out on hand-torn paper. They don't offer hand torn paper for smaller orders like ours was and it's hard to print all the way to the edge so what we did was have Color & Creation print on white cardstock to the edges on both sides and I tore them myself at home with a ruler (this will leave white exposed so I touched it up with my paint I used for the original artwork). It was a complicated project I chose for myself but they made everything as simple as they could and for a very reasonable price. We love our beautiful invites and are getting so many compliments. The gold foil press is stunning

I had such an amazing experience at Color and Creation! Sarah helped and guided me through the whole process of picking out and scheduling when to create all things wedding, from Save the Dates to Thank you cards. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you so much!

We got our save the dates, wedding invitations, escort cards and our welcome sign from color & creation! We weren't really sure what we wanted but they have a huge selection of invites/stationary that you can choose from. Sarah definitely worked with us on our vision. If you're not really sure where to go or who to go with, definitely check this place out!

If you have a love for all things paper and know what you're looking for, then this is the place to get your custom event invitations done! I had a pleasant time working with Sarah from Color & Creation. She introduced me to countless samples of invitation styles along with paper options(i.e. thickness, opacity, textured, etc.). and also help produce matching signs, table cards, and name cards. She is fast, patient, and can work within a tight deadline. She also helped fulfill a request I had for an alternative signature guestbook. Communication was mostly via email and she is super fast on her responses. Parking lot is a bit small and always filled, but I was always able to find a spot every time I went.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with color and creation! The owner Amy and her assistant Sarah really helped my fiancé and me in every possible way. We knew exactly who will be attending our church wedding and wanted to have the wedding invitation as a formality which made us not want to spend too much money on it. Despite our low budget they were able to help us out by offering really good deals and willing to accommodate to our needs. Our wedding invitation, needless to say, was extraordinary and we were both very satisfied. I will definitely come back for other printing needs and would definitely recommend this place to other people!

Color and creation did a great job on my invitation, name cards, menus, etc. Sarah from there helped us with design, she is very thoughtful and caring, and she is super fast with emails! That save us a lot of time! Thank you C&C

My brother is getting married in Korea, but is also having a reception in the States and I'm helping plan the reception here. Color & Creation has been a HUGE help, because it's mostly just me and my parents doing the planning and we're on a budget! I was going to DIY everything, but after shopping around for paper and envelopes, it made more sense to just have Color & Creation print and cut everything for us, especially since then I wouldn't have to worry about paper jams, expensive ink cartridges, etc. Amy was kind enough to give us a nicer price, because I came in with the design and we would be putting all the invitations together. The total cost came out to be $3.25/invitation and if I were to do it myself for the same look, it would have been at least $3/invitation. We were on a tight timeframe and the turnaround period was amazing -- everything done and ready to pick up under a week! The service was great, too -- constant communication to ensure that I was happy with how everything looked and staying open later for me to come by after work. The only issue I had was that we got one less pocket than we needed. Extras of the actual invitations and envelopes, though.

Wedding Invitations: Pocket style After ordering several samples from online vendors (Shutterfuly, Wedding Paper Divas, Etsy, etc) I decided to search for an actual store so that I could get one on one, face to face interaction. I much rather enjoy good old fashion customer service. I performed a google search which is how I found COLOR CREATIONS in Los Angeles. I was immediately greeted by Sarah, who served as my consultant and designer through out the entire process. I was very impressed with her patience as I had no idea what I wanted other than the type of sophisticated & glamorous vibe I wanted our invitations to exude so our guests knew what type of event they were attending to. Sarah's original estimated time of 1 week was actually 2 days!! She had drafted the invitations, maps, and rsvp cards so fast. Response time is impeccable, always within an hour which made me check my email every half hour. I loved how she encouraged to customize to our liking, which we did!! We had Fun with our rsvp cards adding responses such as: Yes __ 2 words, OPEN BAR __ Without me there is No Party! __ You two are awesome! Of course I'm in No __ Still sad the Dallas Cowboys didn't make it to the play offs __ I hate all that Mushy Stuff __ Stop bothering me! Do I even know you? (btw- congratulations) The selection of paper and colors were impeccable!! We had this gorgeous shimmer gold envelopes. Putting them together was a cinch - the Fiance actually did it all. Best of all...the prices were FANTASTIC!!! They were lower than any website out there! And please take their recommendation in ordering more - this way for any No responses, you are able to invite other people from your wish list :)

Color & Creation did our invitations, program, favors, and seating chart for our wedding, We loved the service they gave and the final product was so very beautiful. What I liked best was the timely manner in which they go everything done, it was quick and effectively. I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are getting married. The ladies at Color & Creation are amazing! They have a large selection of wedding invitations. During my first visit I was able to look through all their samples. I decided to customize our invitations. Mini worked with me to create exactly what we wanted for a great price. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls. We love how our invitations, programs, name cards and signs came out! My experience with them truly show that the ladies at Color & Creation put care into their work and love what they do! I plan to go back for all my future stationary needs! Thank you so much!!!

    Our cute wedding invitation card

If you are looking for wedding/special occasion invitation cards (with/without some Korean statement), Color and Creation is definitely the one for you. They have some cute/creative designs that will brighten your special days. I got so many compliments on my wedding invitation cards, seating charts and my thank you cards (which I just got sample) Their price is reasonable enough for their high quality materials and design.

If you are looking for Korean English wedding programs or invitations, Color and Creation is the place to do so! We had a hard time trying to find the right place for the right design for our invitations and the moment I walked in, they knew what I wanted. Beautiful and classy designs that they have to offer. I didnt even take that much time to decide which design I wanted because she knew exactly what we wanted. Very good with following up with your requests and emails. I strongly recommend this place!

I did a major order last year and the arrangement delivered was beautiful and the price was excellent. This visit, we used a new vendor. I've been inside to look at some arrangements before and they were beautiful. Pretty much all the vendors outside the flower mart carries loads of arrangements. Majority are on display and can be purchased there and then. But you can actually get a quote of what you want. I wanted something simple but still elegant. Using what they have on display that gives an idea and adding things to it. It was easy and ordering was fast. Most places do delivery for a fee. You can walk into any of the vendors and check what their rates are. It's easy to look around and see what's out there. A lot of the arrangements are pretty similar but customizing it to your liking is available. Prices can varies depending on the sizes and flowered used. I placed an order and gave them the city of where it needed to get to. The lady taking my order knew exactly where it was going before we even said it. So they must have done a lot of deliver there. The floral stands do come with arrangements. They have a sash that comes free or you can get more of a professional style for an additional fee. I highly recommend ordering arrangements here. Pricewise for my order was great. For an extra large arrangement with added additional flowers including delivery and sash was 250.00. I've looked at websites and simple smaller arrangements were that price or more. It's a deal at the flower district. Highly recommend ordering arrangements. The district is located between San Pedro St and Maple Ave and between E 7th St and E 9th St. Most of the crowd gathers near the intersection of E 7th St and San Pedro St. Check the Los Angeles Flower District website on flower availability by season ( https://laflowerdistrict.com/flower-availability/ ). [Parking]: Traffic was horrendous on Valentine's Day, but I was able to find some free street parking near Stanford Ave & E 8th St (near Ninth Street School). [Experience]: Most vendors accept cash or Zelle only. Many of the shops have good flower arrangement selections. There are several markets within the district and some of the more popular markets include: California Flower Mall (825 San Pedro St), LA Flower Place (720-718 San Julian St), and The Original Los Angeles Flower Market (754 Wall St). Also a part of the experience of shopping here is learning how to bargain. [Conclusion]: I did end up getting flowers at a shop here (Rob's Flowers - originally $75 but haggled to $65) and there is no question visitors will find arrangements that they won't normally find at grocery stores like Trader Joe's or Vons. It is a good spot to shop for flowers if visitors plan ahead of time and take 1 - 2 hours to shop around.

They always did such a great job with their arrangements and service. But ever since we moved down to O.C., I've missed having a florist like this nearby. This year, my wife started a new job in DTLA--so I figured it was the perfect time to go back to Eighth Street Florist. I asked for a fresh summer arrangement to be delivered to her office, and just a couple hours later, I got a long message from her with photos, telling me how beautiful the flowers were. She was thrilled. The florist even texted me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and confirmed when it was dropped off. That kind of follow-through really stands out these days. It's so nice to be back with a florist I can trust. As long as we're nearby, I'll keep coming back here for every special occasion--or even just a random flower day.

The flowers were beautiful, costs were just a fraction of what it would cost to have a florist procure them and put them together. We had no idea, as to "our" budget, except it was given to us our wedding gift. My paternal aunt purchased, all of our wedding flowers here and placed together by family, with love. We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that. When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.
