The lady who used to do my eyebrows would give me exactly what I wanted, just a clean up and no shaping since I like the shape of my eyebrows. Recently, about a month and a half ago, I went and there was someone else there who did my eyebrows. Unfortunately, she thinned them out a lot. This was the only time it's happened at this location. I let her know that I wasn't very happy with my eyebrows and she was very apologetic and said she would remember for the next time. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, it was the same lady from last time and I reminded her to please only clean them up without thinning them out. Thankfully she listened and was very careful with my eyebrows! I have been here a bunch of times and only had that 1 bad experience. It's all about communication and really prefacing exactly what you're looking for if you're picky like me. I'm moving away from Davis now and am so sad that I need to find a new eyebrow place.
