She is shy but so sweet, and loves her job which I think makes her so good, as she has been doing this for a long time and is so accommodating and informative. I first started coming to her for peels, the first one was a Glycolic peel and it was different from the ones I had in other derm's office that lasted 5 minutes. It was almost an hour and so much more relaxing. I have very sensitive skin so after I got red from the first one (like I expected) she customized my peels to be Sacylic acid as they weren't as harsh on my skin. I got 6 sets of peels with two/three weeks in between and now I come to her once a month for an awesome, relaxing facial. In fact the facial is so relaxing that I talk the whole time and ask questions so I don't fall asleep! My skin looks so much better than a year from now, it hasn't looked this good since before I was a teenager. It was a gradual process, but I'm pretty happy with where my skin is at, and I know I will never have perfect skin, but I have gotten so many compliments on how much better my skin looks (or how nice my skin is) and I didn't really tell anyone that I was going for these treatments. Again, I HAVE THICK BROWS and I was being questioned and she was making comments about how thick some hairs were. I don't shave them, I barely touch them, and had even tried to pluck some of the thicker ones beforehand due to my prior experience. After she was done she handed me a cotton ball and said "here you can do it" rather than helping me get all the stray hairs off my face. Unfortunate. I will say that the shaping of the brows were better this time. Unfortunately, after a second go, I won't be coming back. I had been coming here for years since 2020, but due to downgrade in service I'll have to find another place.
