I typically get my brows, lip and chin done- which comes out to $27 total, and the prices have not changed significantly, if at all, in the past 4 years. Mamta, who was very talented and friendly, was my first stylist. I was bummed when she left but now I have Jaswinder as my stylist- she does wonderful work and she's efficient, friendly and listens to your needs. BBT has a point reward system if you download the free app. After earning a certain amount of points you receive 1 free threading service (can't remember if it's limited to eyebrow service and also don't remember how many points you need to accumulate). Although BBT does accept walk-ins, I'd recommend making an appointment, especially if you want a specific stylist. Booking an appointment on the app is super easy and they have plenty of time slots available on the daily. They take their appointments and 1-minute grace policy seriously so be on time! Depending on the volume of customers, they may even take you a little sooner than your appointment. In the past 4 years, there have been less than a handful of times where I've had to wait 5 min after my scheduled appointment to be seen but those were unique situations (e.g., dissatisfied customer returning to get brows fixed- per BBT's 24-hour satisfaction guarantee policy). I don't mind the wait, however, because Jaswinder does a great job, the staff are generally professional, friendly and efficient and there is comfortable, clean seating. My husband and I have been going to her for years. Whenever we're in town, we make sure we go see her. The thing we love about this location is that after every customer they wipe down the seats after every guest, they switch gloves, and they use disposable spoolies. My threader was Harpreet. She was very thorough at getting all the hairs but she was extremely rough. She yanked hard and threaded all the way down to my cheek even though I just asked for eyebrows. She left my eyebrows with no shape, they're extremely flat. Then when she was putting on the cooling gel she was smacking my skin everytime she came back down on my skin. She didn't gently rub or gently massage my temples. Very very rough threader. Never had someone so rough before. read more

Unfortunately I will no longer be coming to this place anymore. There have been 2 different occasions where after getting my eyebrows threaded I have broken out into tiny pimple and rash like symptoms. This must be from them either using dirty yarn or not washing their hands. I'm not sure what it is but it's unacceptable and I'm really upset and sad that my skin is now extremely messed up. I have never had acne or any kind of pimples on my face so I know it was cause by the threading. Please don't come here unless you're willing to risk your nice skin breaking out disgustingly.
