I have been coming to this location for years! They never failed me. They provide consistent customer service and beautifully crafted brows. The location is conveniently located in Target parking lot next to Starbucks. Be sure to come on time for your appointment so you can be in and out. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, and a warm welcome would have gone a long way. Instead of a greeting, the sign-in screen was pushed toward me without any introduction, which felt a bit abrupt. The eyebrow work itself was excellent, and the space was clean and well-kept. I received the eyebrow and sideburn service. She always does an amazing job cleaning them up and shaping them for what is suitable for me. Oh boy, from the moment I sat in the chair I wanted to get up and leave. The lady immediately sat me down to do my brows which was great but then she started asking me questions about my skin, what I do with my skin etc.. while doing my eyebrows, she kept stopping and starting again, and then stopped to get someone else from a back room to talk to me about skincare, and they were basically trying to sell me skincare services (I didn't have anything wrong with my skin, I had one minor pimple) but while she was threading my brows, talking and listening to someone else talk/sell, the lady doing my brows was so distracted with the other lady talking to where she did something with the thread that hurt my skin badly, it felt like a hard pinch but ended up causing me to lightly bleed, at this point I just wanted her to stop so I could leave but was still listening to them selling skincare services, I was just so confused on why she didn't even consider the fact that I said "ow!", no apologies, no acknowledgement, nothing. She just kept talking... I was so uncomfortable and unhappy at this point but I just kept a blank, silent expression until she was done. Then to top it all off, I didn't even like the way she did my brows, she left strays- so, I didn't tip and I definitely didn't return for any other services. In my opinion... Maybe focus on what you're doing and try to do a good job instead of trying to sell other services I wasn't even there for and to be honest had no interest in the entire time(which was obvious from me being silent and short with my responses). The place I went to before this place had me as a repeat customer for 5 years, this would have been my new spot if the experience wasn't so awful. That being said, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The Beauty By Thread in Arden Mall is much better than this, I'd go back there but this specific location scares me. While heading to the establishment, my wife and I had a little concern regarding how the eyebrow technician would style our eyebrows. Yes the reviews were good, but there is always the chance that you can walk out with eyebrows that are thinner than preferred. Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly greeted by Ramandeep. At the time the establishment was empty, so Ramandeep immediately sat my wife in her chair. After asking her styling preference and observing a photo that my wife provided, Ramandeep went to work. My wife was very impressed by her eyebrows and how well Ramandeep mirrored the eyebrow style that my wife provided via photo. As Ramandeep ushered me to the chair, she did a great job of acknowledging patrons that were arriving for their appointments (she was also taking walk-ins). I confirmed with Ramandeep that I did not want to arch my eyebrows, just a simple clean up. During the process Ramandeep did a good job of inquiring about my pain tolerance and made friendly conversation. Less than ten minutes later I was emerging from the chair with perfectly cleaned up eyebrows. Ramandeep's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated...we look forward to our next appointment!

For anyone with lower back sensitivity like myself, having the legs slightly elevated during the session could make a big difference. My back felt a little stiff by the end, and a small adjustment like that would have made the experience even more comfortable. The music selection was lovely and really set a relaxing atmosphere. There was some ambient noise from the front desk and neighboring stations early on, but it settled down as the session went on, allowing me to fully unwind and enjoy the experience. The session itself was genuinely wonderful -- no complaints at all! As a first-time head spa guest, I would have loved a brief walkthrough of what to expect before we began. A little orientation would be a great addition for newcomers.

I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

As a busy mom of three, I don't always make time for things like this, but this experience was absolutely worth it. The space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and the technician took her time shaping my brows so they looked natural! I have really sensitive skin and I wanted to get full face threaded. Randeep did an amazing job!!! She was very patient with me while I was taking break using ice pack to help me take the pain. The amount of hair I had, I expected a lot of pain, but Randeep had some magic in her hands and it wasn't that painful. Then my earring fell off. Randeep looked everywhere and found my earring. Yes the reviews were good, but there is always the chance that you can walk out with eyebrows that are thinner than preferred. Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly greeted by Ramandeep. At the time the establishment was empty, so Ramandeep immediately sat my wife in her chair. After asking her styling preference and observing a photo that my wife provided, Ramandeep went to work. My wife was very impressed by her eyebrows and how well Ramandeep mirrored the eyebrow style that my wife provided via photo. As Ramandeep ushered me to the chair, she did a great job of acknowledging patrons that were arriving for their appointments (she was also taking walk-ins). I confirmed with Ramandeep that I did not want to arch my eyebrows, just a simple clean up. During the process Ramandeep did a good job of inquiring about my pain tolerance and made friendly conversation. Less than ten minutes later I was emerging from the chair with perfectly cleaned up eyebrows.
