Amy helped me get checked in and choose a facial, and was the one to provide my treatment. She also offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited to be called in. I got the AquaGlow facial and it was a great first experience! I felt incredibly welcome, the music was relaxing, and whenever I'd ask, Amy would explain the process to me no problem.
