If it's your first time at Color Me Mine, they take the time to explain everything and make sure you have all the information you need for a fun and memorable experience. Ana was especially sweet--thank you for greeting us and helping us through the entire process. We never felt rushed at all. We spent about three hours there, and throughout our visit the staff checked in to see if we needed anything and even complimented our artwork, which made the experience feel extra special. They gifted me some beautiful flowers and painted me a birthday plate which was very thoughtful . I do wish for larger parties that the time limit was longer . Cute Color Me Mine in a cute complex. It was busy on the weekend but we were able to do everything we needed. Their selection wasn't too big but that's probably because they had a few parties going on? I like this location because you can grab your own paints, they have everything out and the place is spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and checked on us throughout. Obviously a great way to spend time with friends, family, or even on your own if you're trying to find some fun activities while at the same time releasing the artistic soul in you. My friends and I accidentally passed by when we're having brunch around the area and decided to pay a visit. It was awesome that they had plenty of availability and so easy to do walk-ins. You needed to pick your art piece to be colored and the price started from around $24 and could be as costly as $50+ depending on the size and design. You did pay around $20+ if I remembered correctly for the activity. All the crews were super helpful though and attentively explaining how things worked along with assisting you with all questions. It's awesome that they did display inspos along the wall with qr codes to scan where you'd be linked to step-by-step techniques. Time's also unlimited so take as long as you want to finish your painting. You'd then leave them to be fired and they'd give you a call when it's ready for pickup. read more

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Color Me Mine. The staff was really friendly and I was able to paint what I had hoped to. I subtracted a star because some of the equipment needed cleaning to be usable, so we weren't able to use everything while painting that we had hoped to. We went on a Saturday afternoon, so I'm sure this is when things are the most hectic for them. I might recommend trying to go on a weekday if possible so that all of the tools are usable. read more

Easily the best thing about this location is its employees. Shoutout to Grace, who helped us with whatever we needed and also made conversation with everyone there to make us feel welcome. I didn't get her name but there's an employee who also does amazing cosplay and showed up in full Rumi Kpop Demon Hunters gear who was incredible. Finally the biggest biggest thank you to Siren, who helped me fix a mistake on my mug (wrong kanji. Ohhhh my god haha) and was so kind throughout the interaction. Also I accidentally almost broke the paper towel holder and an employee fixed it immediately. This place runs smooth and I really recommend it for a date :) firing took about 11 days but it was the weekend before Valentine's and lots of bday parties going on. One last thing is I wish the little heart sugar container came with a spoon . But anyway this was a very special experience and I'd love to come here again. My mother and I came in the midst of a rush on Mother's Day, no reservation, and they managed to squeeze us in. They had a super cute set up for the holiday with a great musician and lovely treats. Walked in on a Thursday at 9:00pm and they close at 10pm. I was told I couldn't paint because they clean up at 945 and it was very clear the worker didn't want to stay much longer and she said rudely I wouldn't have enough time to paint. She basically told us to leave and I said I just wanted to paint something small. She said it should be an experience with snacks and drinks which I thought was really weird because I can have whatever experience I want while painting. It was just to paint for fun not like the Mona Lisa! It all felt very dismissive and like she just wanted me to leave. I don't understand if they are open until 10pm, they refuse customers at 9. My teen daughter just had her Birthday at Culver City's Color Me Mine and the experience was great! From the reservation process to the day-of, it was all very easy and the staff was wonderful. Siren was the point person and she even hung a Happy Birthday banner for us which was so thoughtful! I came into pick up paintings after $80 for one person, Drove through LA and they text hours are 10am-10Pm I arrive 10:30 and no one is here no one answering the phone. pro tip , if your going to be more expensive than even Beverly Hills at least honor the hours posted in your website. read more
