Pottery choices - $28 flower plates and $36 tray
    Ashley H.

There were a lot of open seats and choices of pottery to paint! Some had low stock. The fee per painter is $15, which is a little higher than the other locations around which are $7 or $8. Staff is friendly and there's no limit to how long you stay to paint!

I celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was really nice that I could set up a table with drinks and food ! They gifted me some beautiful flowers and painted me a birthday plate which was very thoughtful . I do wish for larger parties that the time limit was longer . I felt that 2 hours was not enough to enjoy time with friends/paint/eat/drink. Otherwise it was a good time and everyone enjoyed painting their ceramics :)

Cute Color Me Mine in a cute complex. It was busy on the weekend but we were able to do everything we needed. Their selection wasn't too big but that's probably because they had a few parties going on? I like this location because you can grab your own paints, they have everything out and the place is spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and checked on us throughout. Glazing was done pretty quickly, within a week? However, mine came back with a few blemishes? Overall, we had a great time and would come again.

I went here with my three daughters, ranging from 20-3 years old and I have to say we all enjoyed our experience and time here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had plenty of time to paint.

Obviously a great way to spend time with friends, family, or even on your own if you're trying to find some fun activities while at the same time releasing the artistic soul in you. My friends and I accidentally passed by when we're having brunch around the area and decided to pay a visit. It was awesome that they had plenty of availability and so easy to do walk-ins. You needed to pick your art piece to be colored and the price started from around $24 and could be as costly as $50+ depending on the size and design. You did pay around $20+ if I remembered correctly for the activity. All the crews were super helpful though and attentively explaining how things worked along with assisting you with all questions. It's awesome that they did display inspos along the wall with qr codes to scan where you'd be linked to step-by-step techniques. Time's also unlimited so take as long as you want to finish your painting. You'd then leave them to be fired and they'd give you a call when it's ready for pickup.

This is Color Me Mine's new location in Culver City, in the corner spot cross the street outside the movie theater. It's bright and spacious inside, you pick your selected pieces, and majority varies from $15 to $50, and also need to pay an additional flat painting cost.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Color Me Mine. The staff was really friendly and I was able to paint what I had hoped to. I subtracted a star because some of the equipment needed cleaning to be usable, so we weren't able to use everything while painting that we had hoped to. We went on a Saturday afternoon, so I'm sure this is when things are the most hectic for them. I might recommend trying to go on a weekday if possible so that all of the tools are usable.

The activity itself was really enjoyable -- there were so many pieces to choose from, and it was a great way to get creative and relax. The variety they offer is impressive, and it's a perfect spot if you're looking for a hands-on, artistic activity. However, the staff didn't seem very welcoming or interested in helping, and at times it felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. A little more friendliness and engagement from the workers would have made a big difference. Overall, a really fun experience and you can also bring your own alcohol!!! Super fun.

Such a fun and creative experience! The space was bright, clean, and really inviting. The staff explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. There were so many cute pieces to choose from, and it was honestly such a therapeutic activity. 10/10 would recommend!

Super cute for groups , the staff was very helpful it was our first time there . little bit pricey but overall super fun would recommend !

How much is the studio fee?

Hi Rosey, we charge a $15 studio fee, that cover paint, glaze and firing, plus the price of the pottery.

Honestly, Ashley is in a league of her own when it comes to teaching this art. I haven't learned much at the studio in palms. I'm disappointe. I will be coming back for a membership at bitterroot. The instructors are your biggest asset, keep Ashley at all costs! I don't know what she makes but give her a raise!! she deserves it!!! Very few people have the gift to teach. Because I wasn't taught well at the palms studio I'm leaving to get a membership at bitterroot to take classes specifically with Ashley. Pottery studio owners, without your great instructors your studio won't fair well. Treat them well, pay them well and you'll have people coming back again and again. Ashley for the win!

The Color Me Mine in Beverly Hills was open on a Monday, and so I trekked out here to indulge my inner child. My *very* first job was at a Color Me Mine in Valencia in 2000, and it delights me that the franchises still look very much like they did back in the day. This location is clean and mostly well-equipped (they didn't have squeeze bottles for writing), and it was easy and straightforward to get started. The staff were friendly and helpful. I chose a cereal bowl (believe me, though, I was very tempted by the more whimsical ceramic pieces, such as the cat jar and the, uh, "beakers" :P ), and while I didn't originally have a design in mind, I was inspired by the tile wall to paint an ocean theme. I spent a few very pleasant hours glazing my bowl. I added a small ceramic boat and asked the staff (writing it in the notes on my slip) to glue it in the middle of the bowl. It turned out SO cute. And I will absolutely toot my own horn with the excellent glaze work :) Hehe

One for us cousins and one for my little sisters friends. It was pretty quiet in this location. Luckily we found parking right in front of the store.
