My first time at this location with a few of my friends. The employee who "greeted" us didn't smile once. We weren't checked on until the very end when they were cleaning up. I just wish the staff was more welcoming and friendly. The place its self is very clean and has a cozy feel. read more

Stop selling Groupons if you can't service your customers. Twice we have been and there's been at least a 2 hour wait. Who has time to wait around? Would be fun, but such a disappointment to my kids that I'm done trying. read more

So I loved the Color Me Mine at the Park Place mall, and I was so excited that one was being put in at the Tucson Mall! There is more seating available and they have all the same colors and pottery to paint. The only issue I have is the staff. At the Park Place location, whenever you walk in you are greeted and they ask if you have any questions, and they ask if you need anything the entire time I was there. However, the first time I walked into this location, I was completely ignored. The 2 young ladies there stayed behind the counter and never said a word to me. I had to ask them for a clipboard to put my information down and what pottery I was painting. The only time I got so much as a smile from these 2 young ladies was when I was paying to leave. I was watching families walk in to check things out, not once did the 2 young ladies walk out from behind their counter to talk to any of them. I hope this unfriendly issue can be fixed or they will be losing a lot of business. All of those families who walked in might have painted that day or come back, but who knows if the will since they don't really have a proper idea of what exactly Color Me Mine is. read more

My favorite place to come paint pottery! The staff is so friendly and helpful, I wouldn't want to go to any other location. I've been in multiple times just to finish one piece and I've gotten pretty close with some of the girls that work here. They always recognize my friend and I when we come in and give us such a warm welcome. Love love love it here! read more

Love this place its so relaxing to come in a paint a porcelain pice. You can use any color and take as much time as you want! Prices vary by porcelain pice. I strongly recommend doing this with a friend or with family. read more

I went on Sunday with my 6 1/2 year old granddaughter so that she could make a gift for her Mother who had given birth to her baby sister the day before & her Mother's Birthday was in a few days. She picked a heart plate which was $25. She put the 3 coats of paint on it, me refilling the paint plate as needed, and then put the first coat of a picture she did of her Mom. The paint was thick so she asked to blow dry it before putting the next coat on. The employee handed her the dryer and walked away, I asked if she needed help & she said no as she wanted to do it herself. Unfortunately she dropped the plate & it broke into many pieces. As she was standing there crying not one employee went to help or ask if she wanted to try another item, nothing! I tried to console her as best I could and asked to pay. They gave me a 25% discount on her plate and charged me the $5 studio fee & $10 for me. REALLY? that plate in no way cost $18.75 and they will not even have to fire it. I painted a small $15 item which I will not go back to retrieve as it will remind me of the $52.70 experience at Color me Mine. Also why do they expect you to pay a gratuity when they do nothing for you? You have to get your own paint, paint brushes etc? I feel that they should have been more helpful and caring. Will never go there again and tell my story to all that will listen. read more

what a great place! the staff made the experience absolutely wonderful! the place was really well organized and they had stencils, lace, stamps, etc., to help create designs on your piece which was really great. Brenda, the manager, even helped to calm down the baby that was with us so that we could continue painting - such a lovely person! can't say enough good things about this place! read more

I will NEVER EVER go here again. They charged me more then they said they would and each time you come in to paint your piece they charge you! a huge rip off!!! the employees aren't helpful and don't explain the prices correctly. I got charged 60 dollars more than I was told i would get charged. HORRIBLE management read more
