Fun Family Night. My sister is pregnant and wanted to make something for my soon to be nephew, so her, her husband and I came in last minute to paint a few things. Sister and I each made plates, while my brother in law made a piggy bank. Staff was attentive, and we were able to get a table right away walking in on a Monday night. Still a decent amount of people in there for a weekday. Again, staff was attentive, especially when it came to refilling paints, as necessary. This is NOT for in-store experience. I mainly wanted to highlight that they have a take-home option where you buy your ceramic for the price listed and the take home kit (I think it's $12?) which includes brushes and I believe 5 paints. We did this for our girl's day and while it can be initially more on the expensive side, we were able to paint at least 2-3 ceramics each. We did buy more paint than what was included in the take home kit because we wanted more colors, but if you plan your colors meticulously then the original amount you're given is more than enough to paint 1 ceramic each. The glazing is covered once you pay for the kit and ceramics and if you have leftover paint and want to go back to buy more ceramics, you don't need to pay extra for any of the glazing. I much prefer this than going in-store if you are doing a group activity. You can take your time painting and it's always nice to be able to do what you want in the comfort of your home. This is perfect for birthdays, girl's night or even just something to do with friends. read more

Had so much fun here! Very nice staff, easy to follow instructions, and plenty of pieces to choose from. They have seasonal items as well as items you could use for day to day. I would like to add this would be a great idea to come here alone and decorate a gift for someone special. People of all ages are welcome. I think we were allotted about 2 hours which was a very reasonable amount of time. Then we were able to pick up our finished product about 2 wks later. The staff is very friendly and the instructions were very clear. We had a reservation so we did not have to wait. It did get busy as we were about to leave. The price depends on what item you end up choosing. There were many options ranging from mugs, plates, figures etc. When you also pick up your item they unwrapped it to let you confirm your items. read more

My daughter and her friends were excited to come here, but the staff was rude and acted annoyed when the girls asked for paint colors--despite this being a full-service activity we paid for. When I went to pick up my daughter's item, another employee (Kate or Katie) rolled her eyes and grunted at us just because I initially gave the wrong name. I haven't been here since I was in 3rd grade. My boyfriend planned a last minute date here and they are extremely accommodating with a couple hours reservation in advance. They don't bother you too much while painting and just stop by to refill colors which I liked. When we turned in our small projects , we waited about two weeks to get our finalized product. They informed us that one of our prices broke while being heated, and still gave us the bowl that broke after they fixed it. In addition, they allowed us store credit for a replacement because the bowl that broke is no longer microwave safe. We haven't redeemed our new bowl yet, but I love how above and beyond the team here goes to make things right. read more

If you are in-between both locations, come to this location. All the employees are equally nice at both locations. read more

I came to this location for my daughters birthday on Wednesday. It was mine and my family's first time at color me mine. DAZMIN WAS INCREDIBLE! Before we entered the studio she took our temperature and we applied hand sanitizer that was provided. This gave me and my family peace of mind especially during the crazy covid times we are in. I loved her initiative to ask if we have ever been to CMM. She explained everything clearly and was so undeniably friendly as I asked MULTIPLE questions. I know for sure I could be a difficult customer especially with my indecisiveness. I took forever picking a piece to paint and she was patient and did not rush us. Once we got our pieces she helped gather our paint colors right away. Again, I was indecisive and she even gave me recommendations for color compatibilities. We never ran out of paint and she checked in with us often which was so appreciated. There were about 2-3 other parties there and I noticed she gave them the same amount of attention and service. I can't speak for the other groups but she definitely made my family and I feel cared for. The experience was so beyond our expectations and my daughter can't wait to go again.
