Andy is a very rude and arrogant individual. His customer service sucks he thinks he's bigger than the program. You can't ask him nothing he acts like he knows nothing. I like to communicate with my nail tech get their insight, but with him all u get is attitude. Before this new management he was begging for customer now he got some so he has gotten big headed and starting to feel hisself a little too much. All him and Emma do is speak in that language and talk about customer. I'll take my money elsewhere before I put up with rude customer service. He needs to humble his self. Great price, very clean. Not crowded. She paid a lot of attention and detail to my gel mani and pedi. And although they didn't have the color I picked, she helped me pick out one that I ended up liking much more than the initial choice. Just had a wonderful experience at this salon. I had a pedicure by Tomas. And my nails done by Ericka. Both were the best I've had for ages! We are transplants to South Carolina, and lived briefly in Florida prior to this. I have struggled so much to get quality nail care anywhere in Florida. And my last experience here was not good. So I was hesitant. But truly, they took their time, they were kind. The facility was clean. The vibe was relaxing. And the work was exceptional. I definitely will be back. First of all let me say, I will NEVER be going to another salon again! I have a 10m old who does come with me due to dad working 25/8! They always make sure to put her in a chair so I can watch her, if she is upset for some reason they're so patient with me and her! They always do a phenomenal job but being a mom who's alone with her more than 97% of the time and doing this one thing for myself, they make it easier and much more pleasant! And the nails are always 10/10! I have only had one guy do my nails and I think the owner and his wife do my toes! The man who does my nail I wish I knew his name to request him because he just does sooo good! And the man owner LET ME TEL YOUUUU my feet are flawless yall!! He always gets my ingrown nails, gives me the best callus removal treatment and makes sure to make me laugh! 3 stars is generous. Pricing is always great. I typically see the owners for services but both were busy even though they greeted me and settled me in as if they would complete my service. My nail tech ended up being Ericka. She was called off of her lunch break to do my full set. When she sat down I had to tell her she had food on her hands and under her manicured nails. She did not get up and wash her hands but simply wiped them on something and still had food particles underneath her nails. Service was mediocre and nails were somewhat crooked. I just got a pedicure bc I love the massage chair & the techs who are so good at their job of pampering your feet & legs plus the awesome massage chairs that help you relax .. I would like to start for saying if I could give zero stars I would my mother sister and I went two fills and polish changed on our toes was 338$ which is crazy the lady charged me $15 extra just for keeping the length and not getting them cut down .... we paid and left... fast forward not even a week later all the nails are lifting and two fell off .... I went back and they fixed them but they talked about me the whole time ~I am bilingual~ When everything was done asked to speak to the manager about the 15 extra dollars I was charged they yelled at me and rushed me out... I also asked if the man who is fixing my nails could make the designs match and he said "no I do you a favor I no paint nails" I made it seem like they were doing something for me a favor for me when they didn't do their job in the first place I think a $75 fill should stay on for more than six days... Instead she was running her mouth to her coworker next to her. The lady next to her was pampering her clients feet and taking time. I got there after that lady's pedi was already in progress, and I was out of the seat before her. So while I was getting that service...my nails were soaking to get the acrylic off. There was an elderly man who took over the end of my pedi and then sent me to his chair to do my nails. I came with a photo of how I wanted my nails....Overlay with french manicures with a design on 2 fingers. He was getting really irritated when my thumbs had to be redone. Then I didn't like how he did the lines on one finger so he had to redo it which he was irritated about. This happened like 4 times. Then he said this was the best he could do. I was so exhausted from work I didn't have any fight in me. Its now been 24 hrs and 3 of my nails are chipping. I also didn't realize how horrible my right pointer finger is designed. I paid $140 for this and still left a tip. Now I have to go somewhere this week to have my nails repainted. Ridiculous. The elderly man was nice but his work.... I'm unimpressed. All the staff were on their phones, including the technician who did my nails. Two staff members sat at the table next to me and played noisy games on their phones. One kept interrupting my technician to show him something on his phone. The music and TV we're all going. I was on noise overload. My nails were cut too short and all to different lengths. One day later, the SNS cracked on two nails and they were lifting. What a waste of time and money. read more

I decided to come here after Tammy's (way better than this place) was closed due to Super Bowl Sunday. BAD BAD BAD IDEA.2 words. Horrible service. When I tell you I am dissapointed. I decided to trust this place after I went there a couple of years ago and the service wasn't that bad. I guess they must've changed over the years because my service was very bad. The old man....is terrible. He messed up my nails then decided to take a smoke break mid appointment. And the owner....you would think his service would be good but boy are you wrong. My daughter was so excited to get her feet done and left very sad. The lady technician cut all of her toe nails off and then painted her skin. Not to mention, her water was freezing cold. Words can't explain how mad I am right now. About 180 dollars down the drain. I wanted a nice and simple Valentine's Day design on my nails. This place is so bad that they aren't even capable of doing easy designs. I had to get 2 different people to work on my nails and they still turned out bad. Fast forward to checkout. I made the owner aware that I did not enjoy my service. He straight up ignored me and wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that I was mad. I paid and left not satisfied with my service. Went for the $40 Royal Pedi, extremely disappointed based on other reviews. Cooling gel massage and lotion massage, I got that on my legs, no foot massage whatsoever. Did not even apply lotion to my feet and there was definitely no massage to my feet, just a very quick rub of my calves. I sat down to dry my toes and there was polish all over my skin and cuticles. I used my own nails to fix but it was too late. Got home to realized the clear coat was put on horribly, see attached photo. Mind you the scratches and dent is my own fault, I was not happy knowing I'd have to repaint on my own so I just left. I tipped 20% and really wish I hadn't. I've been going here for ab 6 or 7 months now and service has always been great! Today was drastically different than any other day I've come in. I waited about an hour to get my nails done, they were so busy! I'm so proud of them and how they handled everything. The phone was going off every constantly and new people just kept piling in. There were only 5 staff members there today and at one point, there were 17 customers in there. I'm so glad they're getting the recognition they deserve. Never again will I step foot here. I came because I wanted to get an eyebrow wax and a full set. I did the eyebrow wax and told the tech to please arch them correctly. She didn't say hello, then I was sitter in a barber chair. She put the wax strips on my shoulder and didn't even finish waxing correctly when I asked her to wipe the wax off the left cotton around my eye and instead of wiping it off she just said "all done" I said forget the nails, I paid and walked away! This place looks awful from the outside. It's in what appears like a run down half abandoned plaza. Inside is nicer. The tech I had was nice, but I got gel and she started the color on my nails pretty far from my cuticles so they looked grown out to begin with. I had chips in the gel three days after getting them. I've been debating on writing a review for My favorite nail salon in Summerville, Sc for a while. I LOVE this place so much, but a part of me is way to selfish to share. After an awesome weekend, I know I have to share my love of Color Nails & Spa. I made an appointment on Friday for Saturday (before easter) Morning and the appointment was kept exactly at 10:30am. Color Nails & Spa are more expensive than normal salons but everyone there works extremely hard, it's clean, they offer beverages (even mimosas.. woohoo!), they play very calming music, they have really great pedicure/ massage chairs and everyone who works there has really great personalities. I'm always giggling while in the chair. One of my many favorite technicians is Tom. He's is very personable & caring, and does excellent work. I get many compliments on my nails after Tom has worked his magic. Color Nails & Spa will try to up sell the Gel Polish and after the first few times I didn't want it but later regretted it. If you're someone (like me) that messes their nails up the moment they leave the salon. Then GEL NAILs are needed and worth the extra money. I'm addicted to Color Nails & Spa and it's worth every penny. If you see me there say "Hi" and I'll you why I love this place in person. Happy Nail Huntng!! = ) read more

I went and showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. I wanted medium length almond nails and what I got were terrible looking short stiletto nails. They look like cat claws and the pinky nails are longer than my ring finger nails. The gel color is all over my skin around the nail as well. To top it off I was quoted $50 for a gel manicure (45 for the manicure and 5 extra because I wanted "almond" nails) when I walked in and at the end my nail tech ran my card for $60. I tried to explain that I was quoted $50 and the tech gave me a hard time and would not honor what the other employee told me. He simply said "they were wrong but we will charge you less next time." I would never go back to this salon. The customer service is beyond terrible, they lie about price and worst of all they can't seem to form a nail. One of the ladies was walking around without a mask, none of them washed or even sanitized hands in between clients, temps were not taken and people were coughing all over the place. So I've been going here off and on for a bit but today was by far THEE WORST the woman working on me did not do anything I asked she filled my gel polish off with a drill vs soaking and the pedicure was all over the place almost backwards in a sense my toes are shaped different some cut too low the gel polish looks a mess bc again my nail beds were filled I was so frustrated I just bussed out crying as the man just walked me to the register and told me sorry giving me $5 off money isn't the issue but the quality I got he should have charged it to the game especially with me voicing my concern BEFORE AND DURING the entire process and calling after because it just didn't sit right with me to be told the owner is on vacation to be offered a do over why would I want that when I was there earlier and it was just blown off so you want me to burn my gas and waste my time to come BACK UP THERE my intelligence are just insulted if the nail beds are messed up due to the drill the change of polish isn't going to help and if you are the acting owner aren't you empowered to do the right thing in his absence now I'll have to go spend more my time to make sure things are fixed paying yet again someone else when I voiced before she started if she was new or not understanding I would WAIT! read more
