Had a small hole cut in the wall to confirm the surrounding wood & drywall didn't have mold or extensive damage, which was a huge relief. He showed us pictures as well. Hole was patched up within hours. He and Diego let us know when everything would be dry and ready for prime and paint (which we did ourselves). The job was completed over three visits (drywall repair, texturing, and painting), and we are very satisfied with the results. You can't even tell that the ceiling was ever cut open. Danny also went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra details that weren't included in the original scope, such as cleaning the vent before reinstalling the cover and touching up a small area that needed paint. On the day of the quote, Felipe came over on time and walked me through the entire process, highlighting what would be done on each day. I personally appreciated that the rest of our contact was via text and email (Idk, I just don't like talking on the phone). Our original start date had to be pushed back two days due to rain, which was not a problem for me. The team showed up promptly each morning and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day - actually, the yard looked cleaner each day? Our home is tall with a very narrow space between the house and the fence, but the guys were able to navigate it safely and efficiently without sacrificing quality. I didn't get a chance to watch them work the ladders, but I just cannot get over how they were able to paint the high up soffits! They were meticulous in taping off outlet covers and doorknobs, and they took their time to ensure everything looked perfect. We had an exceptional experience with Ramon, the owner of Color Pros, and his team. The level of preparation and attention to detail throughout our project was outstanding. The crew painted the exterior of our home and front door, two pergolas, our shed, our living room, and our bathrooms. One of the most impressive parts of the project was the bathroom wall refinishing. The walls originally had heavy texture, and the team spent an incredible amount of time smoothing and preparing them before painting. The finished walls came out beautifully smooth and completely transformed the space. We also had several more complicated repair areas that required far more than standard painting. In one bathroom, an old ceiling heat lamp had been removed, leaving a large hole in the ceiling that needed to be patched, textured, and repainted. In another bathroom, the ceiling had deteriorated and cracked over time from moisture and shower use. Ramon's team repaired and refinished those areas beautifully. Their preparation and finish work was extremely impressive and showed a high level of skill and care. They also carefully sanded and painted our original 1980s bathroom cabinetry, and the transformation was remarkable -- the cabinets look so refreshed, and professionally factory-finished rather than simply repainted. Another standout detail was our wood front door which was looking bad from years of sun exposure. The team took the time to properly sand, prep, and paint it, and the final result looks absolutely beautiful and high-end! Throughout the project, Ramon and his crew were professional, efficient, clean, and extremely thorough. They were meticulous and respectful of our home, and every detail was handled with care and precision. The finishes are smooth, the lines are clean, and the overall result exceeded our expectations. The interior work was delivered with great care and attention to detail, keeping the work areas neat throughout the project. On the exterior of our home, the window trim work was one of the biggest upgrades. The house has a stucco exterior. With Ramon's knowledge, expertise and vision he coordinated his team to remove the older wood trim around the windows and replace it with beautiful new decorative molding, giving our home a much more modern and updated appearance. They were very nice working with our scheduling as we had to move it a couple of times because of our remodel. Once the date was finalized, Denise came out again and was able to go over all the options we have. Alonso then came out to do a sample patch for us to ensure it's what we wanted. The painters were great, power washed and patched the exterior. Did some repairs on rotted woodwork as well as re-hammering back down some wood siding to eliminate gaps on the wall. I hired them to do just paint but not only did they patch up those holes, they also made my fireplace look new and refreshed. The paint job in my kitchen, family room, laundry room and 3rd bathroom was exactly what I hoped for.
