I feel taken advantage of due to the price we paid for the car. Will not be using their service again and please be careful when dealing with this company. We have purchased used cars before so we understand things will break on cars with 140K miles but this one was excessive and continues to be so.

Wrong. It wasn't until I kept calling that Jake insisted on giving them more time to respond after hearing NOTHING back from the original customer for more than 24 hours! The staff in the service dept does a fantastic job! They have great communication skills and Shane took special care of my vehicle this wk went I went in for an oil change. A nail was found in the side wall of my tire and they replaced it free. Purchasing the extra warranty on my vehicle for things like tire issues or windshield cracks, car dents, has saved me a lot of money already. However the upgraded brakes felt like they were warped or something. After all the tuning the car made about 255 HP. That is less than stock power. The car only made it about 2000 mile before the turbo they installed cooked and the motor blew. This is defiantly not a speed shop. I am truly bummed I gave them my favorite car to destroy. I told them many times reliability was important to me, and with the amount of money I paid I believed I was going to get top quality work done.
