Daily special - one with chicken marsala the other with curry.

We had an amazing lunch here on Sunday. Both my friend and I ordered their daily special - the portions were amazing (plenty for left overs too!). The food was delicious, the service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Ambiance and decor were on point! We'll definitely be back!

I ordered the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. The tikka masala was tasty, but the naan was severely under cooked, like pretty much raw dough. I love Indian food, but won't go back here.

Tiffins is an absolute GEM in Longmont. We came in for dinner without a reservation and we're seated immediately. The restaurant was busy and there was an event in the outdoor area so the whole area was vining. The food was amazing - we thoroughly enjoyed our curries, naan and the momos. The curry was so good that my friends had it 2 days in a row and was ready for a third. Service is great - they have super solid communication, they're kind, attentive and even despite how busy they are - they continuously check in to let you know where your food is at, etc. They also have a full bar for those looking to have a drink with their meal. I can guarantee that the next time in the area, I will be going to Tiffins again. Highly recommended and the best restaurant in the area in my opinion :)

for starters the decor inside is both upscale but not so upscale that it becomes flashy or it looks like one of those expensive and tasteless fusion places. service was AMAZING! even though it was packed (full of indian people great sign) the folks that run the place put their whole heart into everything they cook and it shows. we got the chicken momos, pakora, samosa chaat, garlic naan, dal makhani, butter chicken, and chicken korma. i HIGHLY recommend pretty much everything we got but i especially recommend the chicken korma, dal makhani, and butter chicken. rich flavor and spice. honestly i can not say enough good things about this place. truly THE BEST INDIAN FOOD IN COLORADO! also highly recommend the cocktails we got one with ginger beer and cranberry but i am not certain of the name. can't wait to come back and taste their weekend specials!!

Bar/Servery right next to the open dining room.

Last night, I went with a friend who has a lot of food allergies, so it's tricky. The host convinced us to try an appetizer that neither of us had tried before - and probably won't try again. I'm sure younger people like it. It was the samosa chaat. It came out looking very different from the picture on the website, and had a lot of raw onion, which doesn't sit well with either of us. So, that was a miss, at least for us. But the main dishes were very good. My friend had chicken saag to which they added some extra vegetables. I had vegetable korma, in which they threw a little bit of chicken. We also had garlic naan. I had a mango lassi (delicious), and my friend had chai. All tasted wonderful. We requested mild, and we received mild. That doesn't always happen at other restaurants, but it did here, and for that we are both grateful. We hadn't asked for dessert, but the owner brought me a carrot, milk, and spice dessert with a candle in it called carrot halwa for my birthday. It was odd to look at, but delicious. I was just so full! My friend had some kind of reaction with her throat and neck, but we just sat there for longer, and it calmed down. We suspect it was either too much dairy or perhaps there's a spice that didn't agree with her. We don't blame the restaurant, and I'm glad they didn't rush us out of there. Namaste is accommodating for special diets and friendly. Their deep fryer separates meat from vegetables. The atmosphere is fine. Nothing really fancy, just welcoming. I'll be back.

Big shout out for the Chicken Chilli Momo. Very tasty. Very friendly staff. Go and enjoy.read more

We didn't see a food truck (it was hiding), so we went to the restaurant. When we didn't hear back from our friends, we decided that the air conditioning was more important than wandering out again. Plus, we were hungry. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn't overly bright inside, thankfully; the design honors the old brick building. We were welcomed right away. It was pretty empty when we arrived, but began to fill pretty quickly. I ordered the Vegetable Korma. I've noticed that every Indian restaurant has its own version, but it's usually sweeter than spicy, so it's my go-to. This version used shredded coconut and ground nuts for the sweet. It had beans, cauliflower, and more. I also had their mango lassi, which was wonderfully refreshing. My husband doesn't remember the name of what he ordered and enjoyed, but I think it's Malai Kofta. It was a vegetable dumpling in a cream sauce. I had a bite, and it was delish. We also had the garlic naan. Our friends found us as we were finishing. They are vegans, and it turned out they hadn't found food they could eat at the street festival, so they joined us. I'm not sure what they ordered, but they seemed to enjoy it. The one she ordered, which was next to me, seemed to be primarily potato and cauliflower. So, by accident, I found a new favorite restaurant in Longmont! Sorry I was too hungry to remember to take any pictures.

I'm conditioned to venture into strange places finding awesome middle eastern, Indian and Ethiopian food. I had Hope. That was not the case with this joint. Tables not bussed and a half eaten meal sitting behind the counter kinda put me off... Run down and gross place inside. Do not eat in, rather take out. The samosas were good, and the rice was good, the tikka masala sauce was an odd color but still good. The naan was dried out and hard to chew. So I simply won't be back based on the naan failure. The gal at the counter was definitely nice. I kinda chuckled after the experience. My gut was in good shape the next day. My fellow adventurers of ethnic foods know what I mean.

The saag paneer was gritty; I get spinach is a gritty vegetable, but it needs to be blanched for saag - disappointed. The buttered chicken was okay - not great, but passable. Also, the next day, shall I say, um, digestion issues. I get that Indian spices can wake up the insides the next morning, and I'm used to that. But this was not that. Something was off. IF someone at this restaurant actually READS this and offers something, I may try it again, as one experience may not have been enough to judge. If not, buh bye. Lots of Indian food in NoCo.

After a few pages of my book, the food starting rolling out. The Chicken Tikka Masala was so tender with the yogurt-marinated chicken having a little tang, the Chicken Saag was creamy with the perfect spice, and the Baingan Bharta was made perfectly, studded with fresh peas that burst in every bite. The garlic and cheese naan was a perfect compliment, with a beautiful glaze of ghee on every piece. I ordered medium, but would likely up my spice preference next time. This was a ton of food, as planned, so I packed up my mass amounts of leftover to take home to share with the rest of the family where it was consumed immediately. HIGHLY recommend this place!
