The inspection report he provides is an informational piece as well as a report, helping the homeowner find water and gas shutoffs, electrical disconnects, sewer cleanouts, etc, so it has value after the findings are used for a real estate transaction. Let us stack the pallete ourselves with the knowledge of heavy items go on the bottom lighter or more delicate items on top The second time i used them they let us stack it but then restacked it on a news pallete and reversed the way we had done it and put the heaviest items on top. We did end up with damage but it was minimal. This year was our third time and I went to great lengths to make sure it would be shipped as we had stacked . It would not be moved on to another pallete or restacked. They agreed to this. When we recieved our shipment they had restacked our boxes onto another pallete. We had substantial damage this time and I sent photos to their main office of the damage. I spoke with a woman named Danielle Marquez and she agreed this was not right and said she would call me back after speaking with the branch. She never called back. I subsequently called her back 5 times and left messages for her over several weeks and she did not reply. She did forward the problem to the branch manager Chad, who said the only way it could have insured it is if they packed for us, which I do not trust them to do. They did infact repack and that's what caused the damage. They have made no effort to compensate for their damage to our product. I have recommended them to several friends at the gemshow and will now let them know not to use them. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to represent the company accurately.
