Best Dang Food I've had in a long time!!!! My family and I had just left Walmart and we were getting hungry so we decided to drop in before heading home. We'd never been here so we weren't sure what to expect. I'm so glad we did because it was friggin amazing! Everything from the service to the food to the appearance was great! Our waitress kept our drinks filled and was great at checking in on us. The hostess that seated us was very warm and welcoming. It was like visiting a loved family members house for dinner. The manager (or who I assume was the manager) was also there checking in on us and he was super friendly as well. The place was super clean, neat and tidy and the food...omg the food.... my mouth is watering just thinking about it. You must try the cheese stuffed shrimp appetizer. Its the bomb!!!! And the house sauce that came with it was sooooo good. For my entree I got the 1/2 rack of ribs and let me tell you, I was stuffed. The broccoli casserole was some of the best I've ever had. My kids devoured their food and my husband kept raving on about how good his steak was. We will definitely be back and soon!! read more

We eat here fairly frequently and the food is usually above average this trip it was mediocre and they have raised prices big time (yes I know everything is more) but they seem to have utilized lower grade steaks. My 26 dollar ribeye was cooked perfectly but this cow had to work for a living chewy and grizzled. Stopped in on kind of a whim . It was just after lunch . So not very busy. Had no idea what to expect . What we got was excellent service with accurate descriptions by our server, sorry can't remember her name , and timely service . My father and I had club sandwiches he had baked potato I had fries . My sister had a salad topped with steak the steak she said was average at best but rest of salad was great . Our clubs were excellent and dad said BP was really good . My husband and I came here on Friday. The food was very good. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with a side of ranch dressing and sweet potato fries. And my husband ordered the pecan salad. Both of which was very good. We had the best experience with a extraordinary server that night. Miya treated us like family!! So attentive and friendly very conscientious. It's nice to see a person as young as her working so hard and trying to put herself through college. It's a typical chain steakhouse that you'd eat at, anywhere across the Country just called a different name. My wife ordered Fettuccini Alfredo w/Chicken and a skewer of shrimp, while I ordered a 16 oz Prime Rib (med). Both of our dishes arrived cold. The place wasn't full and it appeared to have sufficient servers, so I truly don't know what the problem was. Our server was friendly and our meals were served in a reasonable time, it just too bad the meals were subpar due to their lack of attention. If our meals would have been served hot or at least a little bit above room temperature, I would have given them a 4 ! As it turns out we should have chosen one of the other chain steakhouse houses in the area because this meal was a disappointment. read more

The atmosphere and wait staff were great however the food was disgusting. I ordered a medium done steak and asparagus. The steak literally looked like a shriveled turd with butter sitting on top. The waitress said she has actually told management about complaints like this before and apologized. Purchase higher quality meat, retrain the cook, and use less butter. Asparagus should not be chewy and drenched in butter either. The food was removed from the bill but no manager ever came out for an apology. Let Mattie be the manager there.. I'd suspect things would improve. Hopefully this place makes it but even in a small town like Franklin, I don't see it surviving unless manager steps up. read more

We stopped in after a yelp search looking for a place to dine outside with our lab. While the inside was clearly posted no dogs, they agreed to allow us outside. The young man who seated us was friendly and accommodating. The server was attentive even though after we arrived the patio started to fill up. We had filets that were delicious. If I were being ultra critical they might have been slight past the medium we ordered, but still excellent flavor. We don't come through here often but we would definitely stop here again. read more

It's nice to have a family steakhouse in Franklin and when I heard the previous business was closing, I was glad to here that someone else was quickly moving in. That being said, I don't feel it was worth what I spent. From the beginning, When my daughter and I got there, it was packed but it wasn't anytime and people started leaving. We were seated in a both in only a few minutes. It took another 5 minutes or so before or drink orders were takin. Approximately another 5 minutes before they arrived. We both ordered Arnold Palmers. I was thirsty so immediately took a drink and about spit it out. Someone had forgotten to sweeten the tea. Ok, no big deal. Our waiter took a few minutes and came back with new drinks. Now, it was right and very tasty. Now, on to our order. My Daughter ordered the 6oz Sirloin(Medium),Salad, and potato. I ordered the Ribeye(Med Rare), salad, and broccoli. Waiter was helpful and seemed knowledgeable about our meals. A few minutes later he brought some bread and butter, of which I was not a fan. The bread was hard on the outside like it was 3 days old and the butter was so hard it wouldn't spread on the soft center. No big deal, I don't need it anyhow, but others may not be so thrilled. After, about 10 minutes our meals arrive. But wait, don't salads normally come before? The server quickly realized the mistake and had the waiter come over. Apparently they were out of salad but no big deal. He said they had fresh ones coming. After we had eaten about half our meals, the salads arrive. Our steaks, both were cooked perfectly. However, my Ribeye was over charred on the outside giving it a little bit of a burnt taste. Not a fan really. My Daughters Sirloin, yeah looked like something that you expect to see from a Waffle House. She said it tasted ok but wasn't her favorite. My Broccoli, was just plain and tasted as though it didn't have any type of seasoning on it. Maybe that's the way it was supposed to be, but I again wasn't a fan. Overall, the salads and Arnold Palmers were really the only shining light. In the end, $48.00(tip included) I don't think it was worth the price. Keep in mind, they are new in Franklin so maybe it was to early to judge but they do have another location down the road in White House, TN. They wanted to charge us more when I asked to get a few more pears for our son because they only gave us two pieces of pears in the side order of fruit we ordered and said they needed to charge us more for a few more pieces. Talked to manager and he just shrugged his shoulders. Silliest thing ever that the waitress wanted to charge me again for the pears we paid for bc they only gave us 2 halves. Came here for lunch. Our server Kaelyn was super sweet & very attentive. She was more than happy to get us everything & anything we needed. The food came out really quickly & was sooo good. The sweet butter that comes with the sweet potato fries was delicious. I had a Buffalo chicken wrap minus the blue cheese.
