#73/2022 It's Burger King. No need for a giant extensive review it's like any other Burger King menu's the same for the most part other than revolving specials. Had a taste for a Whopper tonight I knew rolling up out of Nashville soon as I cross into Kentucky at Franklin the old key stop has a Burger King in here that's usually 24 hours unless someone pulls a no-show. As I mentioned this Burger King is separate not owned by the key stop it's run by a regular corporation but it does share the same building as the fuel stop. I walked in was very impressed at how clean it was it was a little bit of a crowd but they were rocking out orders real quick including the drive-thru. I ordered up a number one one of my favorites just a straight Whopper and cheese mine is pickling onion french fries with no salt and drink I went with a small size cuz I wasn't super side hungry. Fries were nice hot and fresh unsalted the Whopper was delicious the quality was really good compared to few I've been in two in the past. I also have to note that the meat was very fresh tasting and the lettuce was good and the tomatoes were really nice red and fresh The shift that's working here in the early evening hours definitely on the ball. Belly registered full. I was quite satisfied and back onto that super slab I went chasin white dotted lines. The restrooms are operated by Burger King, not the Marathon Truck Stop. I wanted to use the bathrooms and wouldn't allow my worst enemy to use it. Garbage and toilet paper all over. No toilet paper in the stalls. Dirty sinks and faucets. And the smell could knock a buzzard off a poop wagon. I love me some whopper jrs with cheese, but today I decided to order the crispy chicken wrap. The 3 bites I had were good, but it's not worth 3 bites. I can get 2 whopper jrs for $5 and one is all I can eat. A crispy chicken wrap is $2,99 and the piece of chicken, within the tortilla was wide as my finger (1/4 inch wide and about 4" long). I truly thought I was imagining things. I could of gotten a chicken sandwich for $5.89. You'd think I'd get at least a half a piece of chicken. Never again. Please don't buy one of these or at least check it before you leave (that's what I should of done). Learn something new everyday. No service. Nobody would wait on us. We're going to try it again tonight. These weren't even high school kids gossiping. These were adults.

I have stopped here multiple times in the past few months. Each time, my order was cheerfully filled, and the order was correct. The restaurant is attached to the convenience store part of the Marathon gas station/truck stop. The dining room is spacious. They have a couple booths, and lots of 2- and 4-top tables. A couple TVs provide entertainment for dining in customers. Just a block or so from I-65, Exit 2. This makes for a convenient stop for transient travelers. read more

Burger King on Exit 2 in Franklin Ky, Ms. Bridget Bantis helped me with my order and one thing for sure, you need to keep her! She was awesome! Service with a smile, didn't rush me and was so welcoming. I want to make sure she knows she is appreciated. Excellent service and Acceptional employees! I just wished there food shared the same qualities. The fries we got were cold with absolutley no salt. And my salad was...ummm... just yuck. Soggy chicken, so much so that the "crust" was separating from the chicken. 4 tiny unripe tomatoes in each corner and hardly any cheese. The bacon was undercooked and soggy as well. I opted for the lite honey balsamic dressing. I usually order French when ordering a salad anywhere but that wasn't an option. The dressing wasn't bad. A little sour for my liking but not bad at all. Now I will say that the burgers my famiky got were fantastic! All but the unripe tomatoes on them. No doubt from the same batch that was on my salad. This isn't a place that I would go out of my way for but I wouldn't mind stopping by for a burger if it's on my way... read more

We needed breakfast on a long road trip from Dallas to Boston and didn't have time to stop for a sit down meal. The ordering and pick up process was efficient and the quality of food was good. We typically don't eat fast food and I was hesitant at first, but I ended up being pleased with my sandwich and hash browns. Today my family and I went in and ordered the 2 for 4 and the woman got confused and then she got extremely rude. If I see her again as our cashier, I'm leaving. Fast timing though. They didn't ask if it was for here or to go. Everyone got their order before ours and my mother got her order wrong. ONE piece of bacon and she ordered 2. I ordered a whopper Junior and a fish sandwich. I asked them to add onion and pickle to the fish sandwich. They asked me to repeat the order so I did. Didn't get our orders right. Went through the driveway and had to go back in to get syrup for the French toast sticks. Opened up my breakfast burrito and it looked very unappetizing. They took a half of a patty and put it in the burrito... For some reason can't give you food in the drive thru line and we're making people park and they brought it to them. read more

I have never been a huge proponent of fast food joints but, I am being converted throughout the pandemic. Food not nearly as bad as I used to think. The Whopper with double cheese is a very good sandwich. May be the best.....gotta remember to ask them to go a little lighter on the mayo and ketchup or the drip ! Drip ! Drip ! Will saturate your clothing and the tabletop. Sonic used to have a burger this size but it has shrunk to fast food average. The whopper seems to be the same size as always so, I am no longer a Sonic fan. Burger King is now my go to. I am not a big eat in the car fan and I am simply not interested in dining in the car, so ! If I pull into a place that won't let me in, I go somewhere else. So, on March 30, a Friday, I attempted to use a coupon and get a breakfast deal; 2 croissants, hash browns, and small coffee for $4. It really trips up the workers when I ask for NO meat . Anyways, the cashier says right away 'we're out of hash browns, would you like French fries?' Ok I chuckled. Then I asked if I could upgrade the coffee to a medium. When she told me how much it was costing I had to say no way! I was getting charged full price for medium coffee, so I cancelled that, I thought it would be just a little more. So I said ok, I'm good with a small coffee. Then she tells me new charge and I'm thinking no way (again) I was being charged a little more for the French fries! How you going to be out of hash browns and offer fries then charge me that little bit more for them? I assumed it was a substitution. It's how she rang it up with French fries. They should have just rang it up regular and I would think the preparers would know fries for hash browns. I think the cashier offered another item but I was ok with fries.
