Scammy billing practices! IF YOU HAVE MEDICARE AVOID…read moreFRIDAY PT! I have Medicare with a Cigna suppliment that covers 100% except my annual medicare deductive. I was stunned when I received an invoice sent to me instead of Medicare\Cigna. I questioned it, requested they send it to my insurance and received the following response. " This fee is our annual supply and admin fee, for services not covered by insurance.". Medicare requires the medicare approved business pre-disclosure and get EXPLICIT permission for "EACH item\service" that is not covered by Medicare. Apparent they think some-sort of generic statement in the online documents you are forced to sign covers it. I contacted Medicare! I had to cancel all my appointments after I received this invoice since legally I'm now aware and don't approve of this sort of scammy business practices. If she thinks Medicare does not pay enough then she should not accept Medicare clients. Allyson Friday is a decent PT, however, she is also not the most professional during session. She took 1 phone call and 2 texts from her children as they apparently regularly contact her as soon as they get back from school. I have empathy and respect for the role of mothering, however, if she cannot devote a session to her client at the time her children return home from school, she should not schedule one during that hour. Some other issues: ~ I filled out all the medical question well in advance of my first visit. At my first visit she asked why I was there. I suggested she read the forms I filled out since she had not. She read them when I asked her to. ~ She is kind and caring in person, however, her ability to communicate clearly which muscles etc she wants me to use is not good compared to other PT's I've worked with. Anyway, I sadly cannot recommend this business and if you have Medicare for insurance AVOID this Friday Physical Therapy.

BEWARE! Airborne's new owner are unethical and dishonest, in our experience. Immediate termination…read moreof my level 10 athlete, a six year veteran of an Airborne's competitive team, from the team/gym within 24 hours and two emails while gaslighting the situation with false accusation: unfathomable. We had (still have) never met or even spoken to the new owners. Their primary reason after I debunked numerous false accusations, was because I refused to purchase a competition leotard through them. Here's the kicker, they already OK'd the parents to select and purchase the leotards directly without them. I personally requested and received permission via email from a Director at Airborne with at least one of the owner's acknowledgement to inquire about wholesale pricing and to purchase the competition leotards directly. Since I had been ordering gear for the team for several years, I directly contacted the leotard rep and was able obtain wholesale pricing, without use of a booster club, put design options together, and secured sizers upon Airborne's approval of design. Parents were also granted permission by Airborne to use practice time to size the girls. Apparently Airborne planned to use the sizers I secured to place the order directly and (surprise!) upcharge all parents with no communication at all. I heard this through the grapevine during the designated practice for parents to size the girls (our family was in crisis mode so I wasn't able to be at the gym). I did the work to design and secure great pricing for the team, with permission from Airborne, for the team's benefit, and then they underhandedly swooped in to charge the team without even the courtesy of asking if they could use the sizers I secured. This felt very deceptive and manipulative. It gets worse than just charging me for the work I did. My first communication I had with Airborne owner's was when I sent an email to them per directors/head coach suggestion explaining the history, their previous approval, and the work I put into it. Their following emails had numerous conflicting statements as well several false accusations towards me, such as I used an old booster club to obtain wholesale pricing (another company also offered wholesale pricing to us as parents) and that I never did the ordering for the team. They continued to knowingly falsely tell parents that I unethically used an old booster club to obtain wholesales even after they were told that I had written proof to the contrary. One would expect people who work with children to promote ethics, integrity, and communication. Airborne's behavior is unacceptable for any business, but especially for those entrusted with children and teens. I had kept the Director/Head Coach abreast of how pricing was obtained and every step I was taking via text. I openly and transparently communicated, truthfully, in good faith. Once the booster club accusation was debunked the owner's told others that I sent excessively negative emails but neglected to mention that my emails were in response to their false accusations. Of course I was frustrated and could have had less harsh emails rather than responding to them in the same manner they were treating me. My daughter had completely trusted and had had a close relationship with the head coach. His actions, or lack thereof, caused her to lose her great love for the sport and caused damage with trusting another coach in a different sport. All the correspondence is in writing. Oh and btw, booster clubs are for the benefit of the athletes, not a pro-profit business (don't get bullied into pay-for-play, it's illegal). I used most of my sessions, but needed a short extension to finish what I already paid for. When I spoke to the manager, I was told a 30-90 day extension "doesn't make financial sense" for them--unless I purchase more sessions. That response says it all. Customer health and basic fairness clearly take a back seat to upselling. Refusing a simple extension on services I already paid for- while suggesting I spend more money--is a bad look, plain and simple. profit-first, people-second mindset To make it worse, another location (my local Louisiana location) was willing to help, they are even the ones to suggest I reach out for an extension but their hands were tied because I didn't buy the package there. So I ended up losing sessions I already paid for over rigid, profit-first policies. If you're not local or have a schedule that isn't predictable, think twice before buying here. This experience made it clear: once they have your money that flexibility, empathy, compassion and understanding disappear

Michelle made sure that she was available to speak to our staff about Wheat ridge's recreational services, and to promote physical wellness resources. The woman who was there in the morning who helped us set up (whose name very unfortunately escapes me) jumped right in and was so proactive you would have thought she was one of our staff members. Eric stayed and helped us clean far and above the duties of his job, and he worked even harder than our own clean up crew. You cannot find a more helpful crew. The space was affordable priced and well-maintained, and they will give you access to any resources they have that can help make your event great. They have an attached kitchen, service entrance, A/V equipment, and a stage that works great for a corporate setting. They give you access to 18 large, oval tables and four long, rectangular tables. There are enough chairs to seat the room's capacity. We had about 110 staff members and had the room equips with vendors and vendor tables. For our needs, he venue was a bit too small. If we did not have vendors it could have seated 110 pretty comfortably, though. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the staff, space, and accommodations of having rented with the Active Adult Center. Definitely a great choice for a corporate event, anniversary party, or meeting space!
