We bought our trailer at CMRV and had a great time all around. On our first trip, we had an issue with a water line, which CMRV fixed for us (warranty work) immediately. We have been back for winterizing, summerizing, and a random repair. The folks there have always been friendly, accommodating, and professional with us. I will add that when I take my trailer in, I plan on coming back for it. I know they are busy and don't have a large staff. That said, my winterizing/summerizing has always been same day service. I really like the people at CMRV and I highly recommend them!

Supposedly it had "catastrophic" roof damage. We noticed no obvious stains or sign of any damage inside when buying this camper. We weren't able to see the damage because when we went to the dealership it wasn't on the property anymore. It was stated to us that it was scrap, only to find out this camper that we were told was only worth $1 has recently been registered, and now has temp plates according to the Weld County DMV. We did get our deposit back, but now have no camper, and left with our own opinion of what happened. Beware.

After working through the deal on the phone, we were told to come in today to sign the paperwork do the walk-throughs and come home with our 2/5 wheel campers. That did not turn out so well. We ended up spending six hours at the dealership today finding multiple issues wrong with both new campers and leaving with one that still needs repairs and the other one is still sitting at the dealership. They got our money. Our loan term has started and we have one camper still sitting at the dealership and wanted our property that still needs repairs. It was an absolute debacle, including them, not making change at the service department and trying to rip me off money there and making us sit at their dealership all day long where we couldn't leave or eat anything in the meantime, they sold our trade-in so even if we want to get out of the deal our trade-in is now I believe under contract. We had plans this weekend and had told them we had to have these campers and that did not happen and there seem to be no accountability no resolution and simply no one caring about any of this. I wanted to go there because I wanted to go to a smaller dealership and it was an absolute nightmare, and I would never purchase from them again and as I'm sitting here without my camper tonight, I'm seriously considering backing out of the entire deal. They turf the loans to "Essex" and "Bank of the West", in our case it was Bank of the West. The bank screwed up on the paperwork and turfed multiple parts of the processing to several third parties. Bottom line we have a $75,000 RV that we are making payments on and are paying insurance on but we can't move it because Bank of the West still can't get our license plates to us..this has been going on for almost 2 months now! They are liars and cheats just like all American insurance companies. I was just woken to high wind gusts and rain and had to climb onto the roof of my motorhome to re-secure my already damaged roof. My roof was badly damaged late August from a really bad monsoon storm that torn up the back end of my motorhomes roof, I was waiting for the insurance company to get the roof fixed only to find out the Good Sam insurance company is doing everything to avoid paying the claim, and I can't afford to fight them nor the money to replace the one piece fiberglass roof. The motorhome is my home, I live in it. I'm a volunteer at Tonto National Forest, I bought more then enough insurance to cover anything and everything. Mariann Paredes the damage claims representative for the Good Sam insurance company National General insurance says the roof was not maintained,, WTF. She ignored her own document adjuster that came out for 2 hours and documented all the damage and the dealer that sent an email stating that the motorhome including the roof were in excellent condition, Good Sam is a bean counter company that gambles on the little guy losing. They do not want to pay $7-8,000.00 to replace the roof or any of the other damage from wind or water getting in like carpet floor, cracked shower ceiling, slide-out awnings which is all about another $3,000.00 I would take a check for the roof and walk away and do the other repairs myself, but they wont budge asking me for more proof it was maintained. It's a fiberglass roof that gets washed with soap and water and waxed like a normal car per Winnebago Motorhome maintenance recommendations. I'm hoping social media might help my situation if everyone reposted and I can get the Good Sam companies on the all crap list, who knows. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. When the owner acts like every reasonable question is a personal attack, it doesn't just push customers away -- it risks the reputation of everyone who works there. I'm amazed the team sticks around, especially someone as skilled as Nate. He deserves better.
