He made sure that i knew that having a goal of healthy functioning teeth wasn't good enough. i should shoot for whiter straighter teeth. he said deemed a bunch of work as essential that other dentists had told me weren't necessary, in addition to 2 more deep cleanings (i just got one) and a waterpick. multiple other dentists the cleanings would not covered by insurance were "not necessary" before we can talk about the "expensive stuff" (the gum graft) truly felt like he was trying to squeeze any and every penny out of me with no bedside manner whatsoever.

He anticipated which procedure I would need and had his office my insurance ahead of time to get a quote. They are the worst…read more My wife has had 2 surgeries under general anesthesia and the just slappered her in a wheelchair and rolled her out to the car half unconscious. Apparently they are more concerned about getting the next surgery in and out than patient post-op care. Their billing practices are suspect as well. Brenda quoted an all-in patient cost for the procedure then later send a bill for $700.00 for "uncovered costs" when my wife called for an explanation they were rude and told her don't come back till the bill was paid.....once again they showed the don't give a damn about the patient, and only about the money!
