I hate to have to write something like this. But I would like to warn other potential patients. I moved to the area last year and used my health insurance to find an in network provider to do a standard annual check up. At every interaction, the clinic attempted to have me pay despite this being preventative and my insurance covering it fully. They made me come to two separate appointments and build them both as diagnostic. Then they said that they did not have a lab tech on staff so they sent me to LabCorp. They also charged this as diagnostic. I was then given over $500 in bills and threatened to be sent to collections if I did not pay. The doctor said he would not review our blood work results without a Teladoc visit. Which would cost another appointment cost. I just googled my lab results. This is not the type of relationship. I went with my primary care provider. I spoke with my Insurance Broker as well as UHC. They both said that this clinic was trying to do me wrong. After months of messaging back-and-forth on the platform (I did not feel comfortable calling because it would then be not in writing) they have still not admitted fault or resolved the issue. There is still balance on my account and my LabCorp bill has been sent to collections. Buyer beware on entering into relationship with this clinic. read more

This place is awesome. My doctor, Lisa is always so kind and informative about what is going on. She's saved my life from an allergic reaction and just helped me out earlier today with getting referred to a specialist. You can really tell she cares about what she does. I also got a same day appointment! They do great work here they've been my PCP since I moved to Denver, the only complaint I have is they expect you to wear a mask the whole time you're here. I was an order an ultrasound where I was told I would be receiving a call & had to call up to the clinic three times in order to obtain the information . I than had to get a new provider because my other one left again labs were ordered and I was told I would get a call in two days . A week passed I called the clinic to be told my new provider was out of town and would be in the next day , that I should receive a call than . A couple weeks go by and again I call these people for the results of my kidneys and was told I had to make a phone appointment to receive my results. For a first time pregnancy & someone who's kidneys could have an infection, the clinic does not go out their way for you as their patient . I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get some results that was ordered out of the concern of a provider, a provider that told me they would give me a call at that . read more

I was the patient of this clinic for 7 years when Ivana left they got new providers. The new provider told me that if I didn't want to come see her face to face which I was unable to. I was fighting covid. I explained this to her 3 days later and all my health conditions later she dismissed me from the practice. Now it's been 5 months I'm very ill and they won't release my records to the new doctor. Therefore I have no meds and very uncooperative staff. The receptionist yelled at me and made me have a seizure. When I had my SSI hearing they couldn't even get my records to SSI I was dismissed by SSI and told that because they didn't have my records there was nothing they could do for me. I wouldn't take my dying dog to this clinic read more

This is without a doubt the worst medical clinic in the United States. They are extremely disorganized and totally incompetent. If DORA would ever audit this office they would shut them down immediately. There is no Medical Doctor to be seen, just an old completely disorganized reject of a nurse that no Medical Doctors practice would hire. Women at the front desk are McDonalds employee drive thru rejects. ANYONE with any insurance apart from medicaid would have to be crazy to walk in there. They are the absolute worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs. You would be better off seeing a veterinarian. They actually have more training. read more

Update: It also appears that their SEO team is hard at work burying honest reviews like mine under volumes of saccharine pulp on Google, including hiding my review. So don't trust their glowing Google reviews. Would leave zero stars if I could. Firstly, I came with an acute issue: a bladder infection. The staff told me to come half an hour before my appointment. I arrived half an hour before my appointment and filled out a packet of paperwork for them. Their office had no one in it and was blaring some cartoon show at incredible volume. Two people came in after me and were seen before me. An hour and a half after I came in (and an hour after my appointment was scheduled), I was seen by a physician. The nurses insisted on doing a physical during which they mislabeled my height, which put my BMI in the overweight category. The physician asked me during the appointment what my diet was like. I told him it was normal and all I needed were antibiotics for my acute bladder infection. I learned in my records later that this was what qualified as "health and weight counseling" for their billing and coding purposes. The nurses tried to do an eye exam after the doctor prescribed me the antibiotics I came in for. Obviously, I refused it. THEN this office billed me for establishing new patient care (which was unnecessary because I have a PCP--I just couldn't get in to them that day), an anxiety/therapy assessment and counseling, and the testing of my urine. When I spoke with their office, they told me that because I self-reported a score which is high enough to be concerning in their intake paperwork, they had to report it to my insurance company and consequently bill for it. I told them this sounds like billing fraud because I did not receive counseling services from them and to my understanding, this self-reporting document is literally just for their file on me. Their office person assured me it is not billing fraud--that I received the service they billed for. What that service is escapes me. Would not recommend anyone visit unless he or she enjoys incredibly loud, abrasive cartoons, long wait times, poor customer service, and has an extra $100+ dollars to spend on unnecessary and improperly billed services. read more

They like to waste your gas to come down here to fill out all of your new paperwork. And they tell you on your phone when you make the appointment to make sure to bring your ID and your insurance card. No problem they failed to tell you that you need a copay. UPDATE: it has been over a year since I wrote the review. I did return to the clinic to see Ivana. She is amazing! The front desk has changed and I haven't had a problem since. 5 stars for Ivana!! Sooo this is going to be a long one. I first came here in November 2016. Loved it. I had called 45 places and no one was accepting new Medicaid patients so when they said yes it was a huge relief. I saw Ivana who is WONDERFUL! She did a very thorough exam and refilled my prescriptions no problem. Cut to 3 months later. I need a refill on my thyroid meds. Put in though the pharmacy as usual. I called a few days later and they said they hadn't heard back from the dr office. Called the office 3 times and each time they took a message and said it would be handled. Finally I get a call from Ivana who asks what's up. I told her and she had not reviewed any message. She said She would refill my med but I would need to come in for an updated blood test. Sure no prob. May 2017. I call in a different rx refill to my pharmacy. It didn't get refilled. So I call the dr office and no answer. Call again, no answer. Now I'm over a week off my antidepressant cold turkey. I call again and make an appt. At this point I decide to just go off my antidepressants because we had been trying to have another baby. I request Ivana for my appt and they tell me she's out for the week. So I schedule for the following week and they confirm with Dawn. I said no, I want Ivana. They said they fixed it. The following week I show up at 12:55 for my 1pm appt. At 1:10 I ask the desk if it was going to be much long as I needed to be out of there by 1:30. They tell me Dawn will be with me soon. I said no I'm supposed to see Ivana but at this point I don't care. I just need to see someone asap, get m blood drawn and leave. So Dawn comes in and I explain to her quickly the situation and my experience. She tells me it's my responsibility to come in for the appt and they won't just refill without a follow up appt. I understand that but I've never had a dr office just ignore the pharmacy requests. Normally they will call me and tell me I need to come on or tell the pharmacy they won't refill without an appt. I tell her I may be pregnant and I don't want to be on antidepressants anymore, that I only got on the other one in hopes to lose the weight I gained when I went off it in the first place. She then comes back with a rx for Prozac. Tells me that I can be on that through my pregnancy without problems and that the Wellbutrin I was on is very bad for pregnancy. I've spoken to 2 other doctors in the past regarding Wellbutrin and pregnancy and both have said it's not terrible. So I call 2 days later to get my blood test results. They tell me Monday. I call Monday and the front desk hung up on me 4 times before finally transferring me to someone who said only the dr can give me my results. I leave my info and wait for a call back. I call again later in the afternoon and ask if I can expect a call from Dawn before the end of the day. I tell them all I want is my results, I don't are who gives them to me. She tells me the note she left wasn't there and she would leave another one. No call that night. I call this morning. Now it's been a full week since my appt. Front desk asks if I just want my results and that's it? Umm yes that's what I said yesterday. She knew it was me because she said my name and I didn't tell her. She tells me she hasn't been leaving a lot of notes for Dawn because she doesn't really look at them so she only leaves the important ones. Dawn and Ivana are out of the office in a meeting until 2:30. That I have to "give her a chance to get to it" and she'll call me when she can. At this point I'm beyond livid. I've never had such poor treatment and follow up from a dr office. I will not be returning to this clinic. read more

This was my first visit to this clinic and I am very very happy with the service here!!! I was seen at another clinic in the area where where waited 3 hours to be seen for 3 minutes only be told that nothing was wrong with me. Simply because a strep test came back negative. They didn't look into it any further. Because of this brush off I got worse over the course of a month. So today I make an appointment at this clinic by phone and even though they were booked they said they would try to squeeze me in. I showed up at 1 and they saw my by 1:15. The infection in my throat is very visibly apparent at this point so at one glance the Dr decided to spend alot of time with me trying help figure out what it is. Even though it is yet undiagnosed she sent the culture in for a full work up and wrote me a Rx for antibiotics, flonase and inhalers (as it had spread to my chest). She even referred me to a pharmacy that can fill my other difficult to find compound Rx. If it weren't for the kind nature and genuine concern for a fellow human being the staff has here I could be walking around with this for another month. In pain, dizzy, light headed, lethargic and short if breath. Thank you all so much for helping me. It is a very rare thing, nowadays, to find a Dr. that will just listen and give a damn!
