I have been to this location several times and the workers are very attentive every time I walk into this store. Finally bought the necessary running gear that is not sold anywhere else. Walk in and you will be greeted immediately. Clothing are to the left, accessories at the front and middle and shoes to the back right and some more gears. To the left side has the clearance items and if you happen to have that odd sized foot, you might be in for a treat. This location carries all the cool and newest running gears that you need. I will be back to get the "On" shoes I have been eyeing on. Maybe the new Nike that is hard to find else where. While I had good luck with the staff and selection at the Colorado Boulevard Runner's Roost location many years ago, I now live closer to this Foxfield location, so I went there. All of the shoes they sell are good quality, and they certainly sell them at a large markup. I think that's OK if you have a knowledgeable salesperson. I did not. It made for a bad outcome, and now I'm stuck with $150 shoes that don't fit. I don't want to call him out by name, but my salesman didn't know what he was doing. At times, I don't think he could hear or understand me. He just sorta' talked. Honestly, I should have walked out when he measured my 9/9.5 foot as an 11. In retrospect, it was obvious that this wasn't going to end well. He brought out tons of 11's, and then at my request, 10.5 and 10's. I really needed a 9.5. After trying a bunch, I found one pair of 10's that was pretty good and bought it. When he checked the fit, he told me that they were too small and that, "I wouldn't want to run a marathon in them." I wore them around the house for a couple of days to try to make sure they fit, but that's not much of a test. I bought the shoes quickly so that when I walked around Disney World this week, my feet would feel better. The shoes helped with my plantar fasciitis, but they're too big for me, and they give me blisters. Understandably, they don't let you return shoes that are not in new condition, so I'm stuck with them. Some of this is my fault for not walking out of the store immediately, and I did buy the shoes. That said, I'm extremely disappointed with the outcome. To have such a clueless salesperson at an expensive shoe store is ridiculous. Again, their products are available cheaper elsewhere, so the only value the store can provide is quality customer service. Please save your money and go have a better experience somewhere else.

Well, the online receipt says to drop it off at the store? She just kept repeating they don't take maternity. She called the manager (not sure her name, but red haired) and the manager came storming up already pissed/heated. Kept repeating they don't take maternity. I kept trying to ask why the online receipt said to bring it in store and kept getting interrupted and "we don't take maternity". So I got a bit frustrated and once again asked why the online receipt tells me to drop off in store if they don't take the returns and the manager gets aggressive and raised her voice and said "if you do this again, we will not help you"...... ummmm what? I am not sure why I was met with such anger, aggression, and hostility when I was just following directions. If I was simply told like "hey sorry the website is messed up" or "sorry we can't take it, this is how to fix it", I would have had no issue with the interaction. But, raising your voice at me and not being willing to help fix the situation is not ok. To Ninni and the manager I spoke to today, I hope you are a little more kind and patient with the next person that comes into your store with a return.

I have had a few suits made by Tom James in the past and was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I am looking forward to a new suit I ordered for an upcoming wedding. I reached out to my high pressure sales person Tate Zigerman to let her know and the first thing she told me was that my suit I sent the picture of was a suit she didn't sell me?? I had explained the exact suit and color to her and after she remembered selling me the suit a few weeks earlier, she told me that it was because the the belt was pulled hard upward???? I put my belt on the same way I do with all of my other clothes and never had this issue. Immediately, I thought, "oh man, this is how it's going to be after she is done with the sale???" Either way, a pair of split pants and a suit jacket with the interior torn (both after only 2 wears) on top of the belt loop, told me that what i am paying good money for is not worth it. Buttons falling off, Threads coming out.... Not what you would expect. The answer form Tate and her team... "there is only a 30 day repair window after anything is provided to you..." It's unbelievable and frustrating. Not to mention Tate's sales tactics are VERY aggressive and she asks for referrals so she can make her President's Club every time. She has absolutely no remorse, she is in it for the sale and then will leave you hanging with any issue. It's completely unprofessional but more importantly, the quality of the clothing is sub par at best. Again, Buyer beware!!!!!
