Just had a horrible experience at this location. I needed to drop off a return that I submitted on Old Navy online. Went in store and Ninni, the cashier, immediately questioned "is this maternity", and it was and immediately said "we don't take maternity returns". Well, the online receipt says to drop it off at the store? She just kept repeating they don't take maternity. She called the manager (not sure her name, but red haired) and the manager came storming up already pissed/heated. Kept repeating they don't take maternity. I kept trying to ask why the online receipt said to bring it in store and kept getting interrupted and "we don't take maternity". So I got a bit frustrated and once again asked why the online receipt tells me to drop off in store if they don't take the returns and the manager gets aggressive and raised her voice and said "if you do this again, we will not help you"...... ummmm what? I am not sure why I was met with such anger, aggression, and hostility when I was just following directions. If I was simply told like "hey sorry the website is messed up" or "sorry we can't take it, this is how to fix it", I would have had no issue with the interaction. But, raising your voice at me and not being willing to help fix the situation is not ok. To Ninni and the manager I spoke to today, I hope you are a little more kind and patient with the next person that comes into your store with a return. read more

Nimmi helped us at the counter and we had to ask her multiple times for a bag. She pushed really hard for us to get the credit card which we told her multiple times we didn't want...it was frustrating to say the least. read more

Terrible location. The store hours states that they close at 9pm and the staff closed the doors at 8:50. They saw me walking up to get my pick up order and they still closed the doors. I will be canceling my order. If I could report this location to corporate I would. read more

Not a good location. Staff doesn't greet you when you walk in nor do they help you when you are shopping. The selection here is very poor compared to over locations and it seems that they are always out of stock on sizes and styles. Employees also have a very difficult time handling a simple exchange which is very time consuming and frustrating. Had to exchange 3 items for a different size today and Yasmin did a very poor job executing the exchange and did not understand doing an even exchange on the items and then got rude when I was trying to explain that I either wanted an even exchange or I would just take my original items back because it wasn't worth it. This location is unfortunately not worth the drive, park meadows is way better. read more

Bought pants for my son online as when he and his dad went they didn't find the styles my son likes. This is often our issue as my son is tall and slender. Sizing is difficult and he is very picky about styles and fabric. I agree with the reviewers who observe the lack of customer service and having to find someone to help you. I couldn't find the layering tanks I was looking for and asked for help. She didn't think they had any and didn't ask anyone else. Just apologized. Luckily I was chatting with the cashier about another question and she knew where the tanks were. The other associate was new I was told so she should have asked someone else if she was interested in selling merchandise and helping a customer to the best of her ability. The cashier was friendly and made the visit better. But as the only one who was helpful - there were other associates but they seemed more concentrated on tasks than the customers. I get it. I've worked retail where you are overwhelmed by all you have to do but if you don't help your customers right now, with covid cutting down on shopping, you'll lose what little business you get. I'm probably going to shop online for my son and then return the sizes which don't work at the store. Easier than wandering around trying to get help and looking for styles. Lots of parking available which is nice. Make sure to print out your online receipt which says 'bring to store' to exchange or return and make sure to read the fine print on coupons or 'cash' earned. read more

Still in this Cornerstar Shopping Center, I went to Old Navy with L, on Thursday March 15th 2012. We tried on a couple of shoes, browse the aisle of OVERLOADED Colorful Clothes. The prices are reasonable cheap. The staffs are indeed helpful and inviting. There is a bathroom which I found it to be all dry and clean. Even next to the bathroom, there is water fountain in case you want to refill your water bottle with water. When I was there this was what I observed. On the RIGHT Wing of this Old Navy, is where they put the Ladies line, or Ladies wear. Then on the LEFT Wing, of this Old Navy, is where you can find the Mens wear. What caught my eyes were the HELLO KITTY COLLECTION that they offer. I never knew until I went to this OLD NAVY. It has been ages I went to Old Navy. Perhaps its a new thing. Have several pairs of clothes from Old Navy. Only until today, I realized they even have a Facebook account of this Old Navy and they offer coupons, and deals thru their Facebook account. All in all, I like shopping at this Old Navy. There are 9 people in line currently plus the 2 being helped by the loan cashier. I can confirm 4 employees and possibly a fifth. Those employees were arraigning clothes right next to the line where they noticed the long wait. 5-6 minutes of no movement of line or action by the manager or any employees finally gave way to a manager going behind the counter as everyone got their hopes up of her becoming a second cashier to assist. Instead she messed around with hangers for a few minutes and then FINALLY acknowledged our existence by telling us to hang on while she calls for help. I had a pleasant experience today coming into this store. I wasn't greeted by anyone but when I turned the corner I saw how long the line was. Each person at their respective registers handled each customer with a smile, on a Sunday at that! I made small talk with the nice blonde cashier as she mentioned school started in ten days! More power for her working during the summer and being a responsible citizen! This is one of two closet locations to my home. Since Sprouts, Target and a whole slew of restaurants are nearby, I would not hesitate to come back to get some shopping done. read more

I came into this store to exchange an item I purchased online. There were two employees working the checkout counter when I arrived, both were helping guests. They were moving slower than molasses but I was trying to be patient because I was the only person in line and my exchange would be a quick in and out job. However, once one worker finished checking her guest out, she took one look at me and walked away to sort clothes. I stood in line by myself for over 10 minutes. When the girl sorting clothes finally come back to her checkout area she was beyond unhelpful. Instead of doing an exchange, I decided to just return my item and take my business elsewhere. Every time I've been here there are NO people managing registers. I've come weekday, weekend, day, night, not holiday and holiday. I am currently in line and have been for 15 minutes on a Sunday night at 7:00 PM 3 days before Christmas. If you put any value at all on your time and sanity DO NOT come to this location. Oh and the cherry on top is that the store had actually crossed into disgusting territory. There are clothes and trash intermingled on shelves and the floor in every single department. read more

Icky location. I came here on a Wednesday night and it looked like a tornado struck! Clothes thrown on the ground, a line 20 people deep with only two people working the register and no one manning the dressing room. While Old Navy used to be a staple in my college/ beginning of my career days, I only come here now for cheap costume and basic tees and cami's. I laugh when I go to their clearance rack and I see things priced for $15+---are you joking? The quality is so shoddy here anything over $8 is overpriced. I'm not prissy by any means but I would much rather pay an extra $20 and have some quality clothes to wear. All in all, I just don't think they care here. read more

Not just for the itty bitty anymore! A friend kept telling me to visit Old Navy when I mentioned I was looking for a swim suit. Of course, I reminded her of my dimensions and she told me they have items that fit bigger people. I decided to try my luck one night, trying to prepare for an outing the next day. I found a swim suit at Old Navy marked at almost $30! I was very pleased. I was even more pleased at check out when the I got an additional discount and paid $20 for the swim suit! I recently went back to see if I could find one of the jersey dresses I saw previously. I didn't find that but I did walk out with a skirt and two tees. I think I am going to have to start visiting Old Navy regularly. They are for more than just flip flops! read more

Need jeans?!! Good luck finding what you need here! The jeans shelves have no system. Stacks and stacks of mixed up styles and sizes. If you pull a stack out, you'll find jeans stuffed behind them in balls and falling from the shelves above. Good luck finding an employee to help you sift through that mess. By far the worst Old Navy I have ever been in. It is filthy. The clothes are a wreck, the whole place is a disaster zone. The employees are half asleep, inattentive and unhelpful. They are SLOW at checkout- if you even make it that far. Disgusting store. What a shame. read more

All I want to say is that the staff is not very attentive to the customer they do not greet you when you walk in the store they do not come up and approach you and ask you if they can help you locate anything or what you're shopping for. The signage for sales is marked very clearly however the lady checking me out was unaware of some of the sales and had to run to go double check pricing which took a lot of time and then she rang up a shirt and told me that this one was not on sale and I said okay I do not want that one and then at the end totals it all up and I asked her if she took off that shirt that I did not want and she said she did and I asked her what is this right here and she's like oh I forgot I didn't take it off so she basically tried to charge me for a shirt that I was not going to be leaving with. I heard the other cashiers at the end of the transactions with their customers asking for a email so that you can receive a coupon in your email for your next visit she did not ask me for my email she was very Snappy and rude and the other cashiers that were standing next to her also had a very monotone look on their face like they did not want to be at their job. I think if I am going to shop Old Navy in the future it is going to be online so that I don't have to interact and deal with the poor customer service here and if stuff doesn't fit unfortunately I'm just going to have to either come in store to return it or process it online but I will not be returning to stores to purchase clothing. read more

My recent trip on 12-26-2018 proved to be another disappointing shopping trip; yes this is not a single bad experience for me. Sale and clearance items did not ring up at advertised or reduced ticket prices. The associate was more interested in brushing his hair(not kidding, brush in his hand while he rang up my purchase). When I questioned the prices, I received a blank stare. Another associate helped him adjust the prices on my clearance tag items. I overheard another customer with the same concerns. I'm generally a fan of Old Navy. I love shopping there for jeans and casual clothes. I have to dress very business-formal at work so I want my casual clothes to be well made and travel well, and I've generally been happy with everything I've purchased here. However, this store is chronically understaffed, and I have walked out on more than one occasion because I was tired of waiting in line. I avoid this one altogether if there is a big sale. I stopped in to look for some new jeans and was appalled at the disarray throughout the entire store starting at the entrance. I thought it might only be a complete disaster area in the sale racks so I decided to walk around. It quickly became apparent that this store hadn't seen a district manager in a very long time, let alone any employee that cares how their work environment looks. Update: store still does not seem to care how many people are in line. Quite often there is a line of 6 or more people with one cashier and when you ask someone to help they do not. I would have grouchy they would read reviews and try and fix this but this is 2 years later and still happening. I love old navy and I buy quite a bit from them but this store is horribly run. I was there recently and the line to check out was very long with 1 cashier working. As I was leaving I noticed two employees talking and acing as though they were straightening clothes. I told the one that the cashier needed help that the line was now 7 people long. I saw her go over and then immediately come back to where she originally was. I asked why are you not helping her? I was told they have a policy and she is following it that the cashier was fine. What?! I don't understand making your customers wait so long while your other employees just chat. Frustrating store.
