They made sure that the old TV was removed, the new blu-ray player was delivered, and the installation fee was credited to my account. We are enjoying the new TV and will po=robably shop at Paul's again based on their attention and concern over this issue. Prior to purchasing a TV last week, we asked if they would deliver and install the new one and haul away the old one. The answer was yes, so we bought a new Samsung 3D television, which was supposed to have a 3D blu-ray with it, and a sound system. They delivered and installed the new TV, but the old one, all 60 inches of it, is still sitting in my dining room because the deliverymen didn't know they were supposed to haul it away and didn't have room on the truck even though my receipt CLEARLY says the old one is to be hauled away. In addition, we were supposed to have a new blu-ray delivered and installed at the same time, but that's out of stock, so we'll have to wait on its delivery. We also arranged to have the new sound system installed, but the deliverymen said that we hadn't ordered that. They ended up doing it anyway, but not without our having to insist. The salesman got snippy with me when I called and demanded that they get this old TV out of my house--I can't even walk through my dining room--and said he was trying to get it resolved. I understand that things don't always go as planned, but I just dropped multiple thousands of dollars on a TV and I expect much better service. This is not rocket science. It's the delivery and haul-away of a TV. We love the Samsung so far, however. The picture is amazing. Update: The haul-away people came this morning at 8:15 to take the old TV, and the salesman came by to deliver the blu-ray. The manager from Paul's called to let us know that he was very sorry this had happened and that they wanted all customers to feel great about their experience. He says he is going to refund our installation fee. I realize that mistakes are made; however, this seems like such an easy thing to have accomplished with no problems.
