Frank at Paul's TV in Dacono has been amazing from start to finish. My husband and I were in looking at furniture for our new home and were a little skeptical when we were told that our furniture purchases qualified us for a free TV. Nevertheless, we figured we would check it out anyway and see what they were "really" offering. Right away Frank explained the details of the offer and was very upfront about the whole thing. We discovered that the TV they were offering was indeed a flat screen but was not exactly what we had in mind. We ended up being able to upgrade to any TV of our choice minus a $500 credit from the free TV. Frank answered our questions honestly and openly and we ended up purchasing an awesome 60 inch plasma and getting $500 off! In addition, Frank called us a few days after our purchase to give us some advice on getting a great deal on a sound bar to compliment our new TV. On the day the TV arrived to be set up, we were very pleased with how professional the guys were and appreciated them taking the time to walk us through a few extra things so we could learn all the ins and outs of our new set up. Frank has not only checked up on us to make sure everything is going well with our new equipment, but on the occasion we have a question he is readily available to assist us and even remembers who we are when we call. The whole experience has far exceeded our initial expectations and even though we were not necessarily planning on getting a new TV right away, we have been very happy with our purchase and would not have changed the way it all worked out. First, I must start off saying how thoroughly impressed my visiting in-laws and my were with the outstanding customer service, respect and attention we received from gentleman named Bill who works for Paul's TV at furniture row (I-25 / Frontage Road). We had such an amazing time and felt it hard to leave as his heart is totally engaged and focused on people and helping them marry their entertainment wants with their needs. He truly helps others with a heart of selfless service and integrity which you will surely see for yourself if you are blessed to have him assist you. His amount of knowledge regarding audio and video is extensive and surpasses anyone I have ever met. I walked into Furniture Row and expected to shop for furniture but ran into the section of the store dedicated to Paul's TV. As I had some tv replacements in mind for the near future I started a dialogue with one of the service staff (Bobby) who was incredibly helpful and NOT pushy. I had not bought a tv for over ten years and alot has changed. I ended up leaving and going home to do some research on Consumer Reports and it turned out that everything Bobby told me was right on. I also found that Paul's TV beat all comparable prices I could find. In the end I purchased two tv's and even had their support team deliver and install the larger set (great team of guys -very helpful in helping me to understand my new remotes etc.) They even hauled away my old huge set and Paul's gave me a recycle credit. For my second set, I set it up myself and thought I had not gotten all my Monster cables delivered. In truth it was my misunderstnding and throughout that entire process the support team and store staff gently coached me to the right solution - never making me feel like I was incompetent or ignorant. July of 2011 I had just purchased two Panasonic plasma TVs, A/V equipment, MX-450 remote and surround speakers. Just this past week I started having issues with the MX-450 remote. It appeared to have lost some programming which I personally couldn't recover. After speaking with Frank at Paul's TV, he arrange for an installer to come by and check out the issue. Let it be noted that at this point in time the remote is out of warranty and is over 12 months from my purchase. A few hours later Nick (the installer} called and we set the appointment for him to come by. Long story short, Nick came out to the house and attempted to reprogram my remote but for reason it wouldn't accept codes for the components. They ended up replacing the remote with a new one and reprogramming. Nick was at the house for 2 1/2 hours and all of this was done for no charge. It would have been very easy for Frank to blow me off since the remote was out of warranty but they took care of everything in a MORE than timely manner. If i ever need additional electronics or TVs, I'll be going to Pauls TV in Dacono, Colorado. These guys are GREAT! read more

My husband purchased a 3D smart TV for me for Christmas. He did lots or research and went to Best Buy as well. He ended up purchasing the TV from Paul's TV. Not only was the price right, but he got excellent customer service by a very knowledgeable salesperson. After I received my set, I was at a loss as to how to best use the TV and it's mutiple options that were frankly, over my head. We went to see our salesman, Frank, at Paul's TV and purchased a 3D blu ray DVD player and 3D HDMI receiver along with six pair of 3D glasses. Frank was able to answer all of my questions from the research that I had done. He couldn't have been more helpful. He set up an appointment for Paul's TV to come to the house for installation of all of my new equipment. The two techs that came to the house were very pleasant and further educated me and made sure that I knew how to use my new system before they left the house. I went to Paul's after hearing about it from a friend of mine. After going in I quickly realized that the customer service and quality of service was as good as I was expecting. I worked with associate Bobby who was able to help me choose my new HDTV (which I had be hunting for for months) and give me tips on how to better my quality of gaming and viewing on my brand new tv. Not only that but he helped me choose a better HDMI cable and lead me to the type of sound systems would be beneficial for future purchase. After becoming jaded with the customer service i'd get from other retailers I would highly recommend anyone looking for a personalized one on one experience to go to Paul's. We had great service when buying our new TV. Paul's TV was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was free which was awesome, the only concern I had was the delievery men brought the TV into our living room and placed the box on our carpet to open it all, plugged it in and then left. The box had been on the truck floor all day and so was dirty. That mixed with white carpet, left a stain, that we then had to try and remove afterwards. I would recommend covering things like this with the delivery people. Was half way in the box still and not very sterdy, the way the left it. Other than that I would recommend Paul's TV. We did not feel rushed or was the associate pushy in any way. I wouldn't let the delivery reflect the service at the shop. read more

Frank solved a huge problem for us by showing us the Bose Sound Bar home theater system, because we wanted very high quality surround sound for a presentation area in our business, but we can't wire the entire room with speakers due to many challenges in the space. Frank really took the time and listened to our need before making his recommendation, which was spot on. When we compared prices against other local merchants Paul's comes out ahead, being more on a par with the big internet merchants and even many of the Asian sourced super-discount eBay sellers. Paul's TV in Dacono is wonderful! The staff is helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I recently visited Paul's with the intent to casually look around. I noticed right away that their products were cleanly displayed and that the staff was willing to help without being pushy. I had the pleasure of working with the store's manager, Bobby. He was not only knowledgeable about his products, but also his competitor's. I found that he was more than willing to demo his products, talk about them and give me space to think. Visited Paul's tv on a whim while sofa shopping. . I was approached by frank about making a purchase. I just wasn't ready to commit. A few days before Thanksgiving, I called them and explained that I was looking for a 70inch TV for my father, with a maximum budget. They said they would look into their inventory and call me back. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from them that they not only found the TV, but also bundled it together with a stand and a sound bar within the budget I requested, at Black Friday pricing. I have been bought many TV's over the years as I'm now retired and I can say that I have never had a better experience thanat Paul's. From the PRICE to the KNOWLEDGE to the SERVICE it gets no better. Great experience. We ordered a big tv, sound bar and dvd player. They didn't have it in stock and told us it would be 2 weeks, it came in one. They delivered it to our house, tested it, and when we had some trouble setting it all up ourselves we were able to call the store and talk with our sales guys and they helped us over the phone.
