The front desk staff is awfull, do not tell them anything you don't want the office manager to know, The dentist doesn't explain anything to you. If you want a dentist that cares do not see this dentist. To make matters worse, the procedure I came in for was getting an implant, so first thing was to pull my teeth on April of 2022 and then I had to wait 4 months for it to heal, then he did the bone graft and I had to wait another 4 months and then he put the implant in and I had to wait another 4 months. So far I had to wait 1 year before I could put a cap on. Then I went to my dentist to get a cap and he did not use the right material and the bone was decaying which has nothing to do with the wrong material. My dentist called this dentist and he told him that the bone was decaying so he said he would take care of the tooth for free. He removed the implant and did the bone graft again and I had to wait another 4 months and when I went back he took an xray and he said he had to do another bone graft. After he added another bone graft I had to wait another 4 months. When I went up front and asked a simple question from the staff of why he didn't put enough bone the first time and was told by one of the nurses that 25% of the time this happens, The next time I went in, I was chewed out by the office manager and she told me that I am ungrateful and he is doing this work for free and I should find another surgeon and I have a cheap dentist and it's my body that is messed up and not the dentist's work. On 11/23/2025 I received a package from 5280 oral surgery with all of my records and he stated that the office dropped me as a patient. On 12/16 I had an appointment for an xray of the bone graft and no one called me to say that my appointment was cancelled. When I showed up on time, he made me wait an hour and all the patients were gone and he said I am not his patient anymore and he will not do anything for me and when I asked for my back he said no and my dentist did not use the correct material and that's why the bone was failing which make no sense and it's not true after talking to multiple surgeons. I did find a much better surgeon who guarantees his work. If your dentist refers you to this office, don't go and save yourself from a headache and dealing with unprofessional staff. Overall, I left 5280 oral surgery feeling like just another number rather than a patient whose teeth mattered. Stay away from this office and they don't have a professional office staff.

I've spent years and thousands of dollars to get an upper denture with implants and all I have is a paperweight of a denture that has never fit or worked. The experience also gave me the most painful dental appointments I've had in my life and cost me financially since I can not wear the denture to talk in a job interview. The ONLY thing these people care about is squeezing as much money as they can from you. I had five implants put in and all but two had to be removed within months, which I was also charged for. As it is, I paid for implants to be put in and then they charged my insurance to take them out instead of owning up to their mistakes. I caught them billing my insurance twice for procedures that were supposed to be free since they messed it up. I would definately avoid this dentist for any implant or denture procedures. I can't recover that time, money, or bone loss from going here. I also have experienced chronic sinus infections and problems since the sinus bone graft they performed. My health seriously suffered as a result of going here.

They give you books to read, offer you drinks, and you feel VIP. A week later, a follow up zoom video call with Dr. John and associate and a finance person...any follow up call that needs a financial payment person is a huge red flag. LOL. I didn't have 30k for everything I needed done. I asked for a modified-what-is-absolutely-necessary procedure I need...give me an amount and they said they would get back to me. Of course, no one did. I emailed Connie a few times to follow up. They must not care to do minor work. When you're going through a cancer diagnosis, you want to heal. I was scared leaving this office and more scared after that zoom call. I pursued another bio dentist in Colorado Springs and asked Biodentist for my xrays and file. No payments or anything even though I'd been there several times before.A friend of mine looked into the situation and a friend of his recommended Dr. Elson. I went there and he looked at my condition and said it would take some work ,but that he could save my front tooth as well as my other cavities. He was able to save my teeth and they allowed me to make payments that fit my budget. The staff there is awesome. I won't go into detail but dr Brett at first was ok and even cracked a joke and then soon became the most unprofessional dentist I've ever dealt with. For anyone looking this is Espire. They should aspire to do better. Maybe they need a training on professional behavior when working with customers. Not much more than a factory with shoddy work. Wouldn't return or recommend. Surely dr Brett makes enough money from this dental mill so he won't really care about 1 bad review.
