Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work. They were efficient -- finishing both installations and cleaning up within an hour -- and most importantly, delivered results that again exceeded expectations. He did three projects in our house and never completed any of them, nor did he return a deposit of $750 for a project that could not be completed in our 20 year old house. Devon is now referring to him as someone I hired who could not do a good job and takes no responsibility for recommending equipment that failed. We worked diligently trying to get him to do the right thing and he ignored us, was rude and refused to return our money. My husband and I finally posted reviews of his theft and poor service. He responded saying I have mental and drug issues. Further, he threatened both of us...."I know where you live...karma is a bitch". They take the same care with their customers projects as they would if the project was in their own homes.
