When I questioned the price, she claimed they no longer offer acrylics and that both price lists were outdated. However, I could clearly see acrylic powder sitting at her station, which made the explanation seem dishonest and felt like an excuse to charge double the advertised price. To make matters worse, less than three hours after leaving the salon, two of my nails snapped off completely. The quality was so poor that I had to pay another salon to fix and redo them the same day. Between the misleading pricing, the unprofessional attitude, and nails breaking within hours, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Don't waste your money here.

I was helped by Feliciana, who is a patient, kind and knowlegeable Nail Technician. She did not get distracted, you can see she takes her job seriously. I was glad there was NO loud talk across the room. No crowds. No nasty customers talking loudly. No stressful environment. It was just Peace and Quiet while listening to nice music. They may be able to see you without an appointment if no other customers are in, but I would recommend to make one. They are trilingual, they speak English, Spanish and Quechua (Native South American Language).

Yes the location is very small, but it is not cluttered. It is well lit with good ventilation! The nail tech who saw me was polite and the entire time I never felt rushed or as if her attention was somewhere else. When she began, she was very focused on my nails, taking her time and care to buff and sand away my cuticles, I wasn't cut or overfiled anywhere! The tech was not lazy and did every step meticulously which resulted in a pretty (and sturdy!) set of nails. My nails dont feel flimsy or like they might pop off or snag on something. there was no acrylic left around the nail that would cause lifting, my nails were cleaned very nicely. Despite the glitter gel color needing 3 coats, along with top coat, the set came out to $38. I would gladly pay that price again for this kind of work! All in all, I'm definitely going back!

I believe the service I received cost $95-I did gel builder with tips, asked for medium length almond shape and showed her a reference photo which I've attached here. I'm so so impressed. The video attached was taken over a week later and my nails still look amazing! The salon is small, but that's normal for salons in Queens. I was able to make a last minute appointment on a busy day, I waited just a little bit and just had a great experience. I'll definitely be going back !!!

I let my nail tech know that I have a bleeding disorder and asked her to be careful, but she still cut some and caused bleeding. When I complained, she still didn't stop. There may have been a language barrier so I still tipped her for her service since she still did the manicure, but I would not go back here due to the injuries. I had to go and get DDAVP IV treatment done in order to stop the bleeding around my cuticles. The cuts also didn't just come from cuticle cutting, but also abrasions from the files. They are really rough with your hands.

I was looking around for local nail salons that had great reviews but were also reasonably priced…read more That's when I found One Nail Spa. I gave them a call and asked for the price of a pedicure. Turns out, this is one of the cheapest places for a pedicure in the whole area where there are tons of nail spas. I booked an appointment for later that day. Once I arrived, they told me they were ready for me. They told me to pick a color. I felt the color selection was decent, but not as much as most places. Though, I do get the most basic of colors so that wasn't an issue. They started working on my toenails, scrubbed the bottom of my feet, and massaged my legs and feet. It was lovely and comfortable. I definitely found myself relaxed. While I was getting my pedicure done, I did notice that some people were waiting to get their nails done. The nail spa is definitely a bit short-staffed so I do recommend booking an appointment. She meticulously cut my oddly shaped nails and painted them on. I was done within an hour and went to the drying fans. I had a pleasant and wonderful time. This is exactly what a nail salon experience should be.

Im not too particular with my feet, but with my hands it was a disaster. (Although her foot massage was painful more than relaxing, I was not a fan). I had almond nails, she asked if I wanted them cut. They were grown out so I said yes, she cut two down to the skin (my nails were fairly long) assuming I said square before I stopped her. She insisted it was my fault because I said I wanted them cut. I already needed two tips, so that put me to four. The thumb she cut too short making it completely uneven with the other hand which she said she would build up and then never did. Worst part is I had to pay for the extra tips even though it was HER fault and of course going forward I will need to pay for those extra tips until they grow out so she just cost me money. It should of been free and my service should of been discounted given what happened. I didn't have it in me to fight. She made multiple cuticles bleed and she was so aggressive with them they were red and swollen even with those that didn't bleed. The nails were filed in weird shapes, all different, not truly almond and partly square on top. They look so horrible I'll have to fix them myself. Didn't use all the standard layers of powder and only one layer of top coat was used and the lady was passive aggressive. I've done power since before it was popularized and I've never had a service finish that quickly. She was done (with tips) in 45 min. The pedi time was about average: I still gave her the 20 percent tip but I regret it because it was a miserable experience. She absolutely didn't deserve it but having worked in the service industry when I was younger I always feel bad tipping less than that. To owner response: To infer I'm lying is disrespectful. I did not want that length nor did I say I want square. I was asked to trim and show a small trim and then cut short into a square despite shown otherwise and I WAS charged for the mistake. Also just to show that even the thumb wasn't built up as promised I'm adding a picture. Update on 3/18 3 days post service - adding another picture.... My whole nail is lifted.
