I called a few days after I scheduled the appointment and left a message asking if they had an appointment available sooner (the Saturday before), but if not, we could just leave it as is. I never heard back, but I'm assuming it's because she didn't have anything available. I noticed that there was no option to cancel or reschedule on the website or from the email confirmation, which was disappointing. The day before the appointment I received a text confirmation and it gave an option to cancel. I was also worried about being able to find the suite once I got to the building, but on the last confirmation email, it gave instructions on where to turn when you walk in, so that was helpful. It was my daughter's first time to get waxed and the waxologist was really nice and made us comfortable. I told her I just wanted her brows cleaned up and not much taken off, and thankfully she was conservative with the wax. My daughter really likes her new eyebrows. My only complaint is the inability to reschedule or cancel easily. Since I had to give my credit card to reserve the appt, it's concerning that I might not receive a call back if I ever need to cancel or reschedule, and then might get charged for it. But I will return to her in the future and hopefully won't need to reschedule.

The morning of, I received a call that my assigned therapist was out Ill, and one of the add-ons I wanted was not something the therapists working that day were able to do. They were kind to offer me another service if I'd like, or just skip it and try next time. I thought that was very kind for them to call me and inform me, rather than me finding out when I arrived. Also, they were very understanding and caring about my sensitivity to LED lights due to my brain injury and other conditions, and had the lights practically off when ai got there for my appointment, just to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. The room was also very dimly lit as well. So very thoughtful and kind. All of the ladies were extremely kind and pleasant. Very welcoming. I truly felt appreciated for being there. I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I'm so ready to go back. I'm telling you now, do NOT waste your money on those chain places like Massage envy or any of the others. There's not much for parking, but it has never been an issue for me to find a spot so far. I love how intimate, private, beautiful and homey her studio is. She takes one client at a time, so you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in. She times out her appointments perfectly. I've never had to wait, and maybe the one or two times I did- it was never more than 2 minutes. She does her job fast and thoroughly and is very knowledgeable in what she does. She's friendly, honest, genuine, informational and trustworthy. You feel comfortable with her. I usually go for underarm and Brazilian. Underarms are a piece of cake. The Brazilian does hurt. Even after going to her the 8th time, it still hurts... but I'm always happy in the end. Her prices are very fair. Around $10 (if I remember correctly) for underarms and $35 for Brazilian.
