Tonya kept in touch with scheduling after accepting the quote and shared their business license and insurance. On the day of work, it was great to have David lead the project work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was respectful to conflicts on my personal calendar during the day. The crew showed up around 12pm and were done around 3:30pm. Not only was the work completed efficiently but for a really good price compared to other providers. The crew also left the site clean as a whistle. I had a very nice lawn and after they this crew left, I was left with huge holes and depressions in my yard from where they dropped and allowed limbs and tree trunks fall into my yard. I watched the crew damage my yard and when I went out to inspect the damage (the crew was still on-site) and point out the damage, the guys just hunched their shoulders and gave me an, "ehhh" as if they did not understand what I was saying and pointing out.
