Came in for a last minute pedicure after work before the week began. Staff is super friendly & very accommodating. Customer service on point & refreshing to see. I have been going to Colour Nail for a while now. They are always consistent, very friendly and willing to do whatever to make sure you are happy with their services. However, lately there have been a lot "discussions" between the technicians and what sounds like some pretty heated arguments between them. As a customer I really don't like to hear it and its getting harder to ignore it. True, I cannot understand what the discussions/arguments are about because they are speaking in a language I do not know (which I find to be rude in the base case), but the volume of the discussions/arguments is getting quite disturbing. With all that being said, they really are the best in the business so I guess I'll just have to grin and bear it. I just think management needs to be aware of how this affects their customers. read more

If I could give this place 100 stars I would I absolutely love this place. This was my first time getting hard gel on my nails( also the only place I know in Houston that does hard gel) and I also have a broken nail and the nail tech who serviced me still made it work! I got the orange and hot stone pedicure. My toes look amazing and my skin is so soft. Sophia the tech who was on my toes also gave me a neck massage and I did not want to leave. Came here again after I was taken so well care of last year (I don't live in the area but have family here). I love the customer service here so much! I had Vivian for a pedicure. I had complained to my friend about a headache I had earlier, and Vivian heard and asked if I'd like my head massaged. It's really the little things I love about this place. I've been coming to Colour Nail Lounge since about last summer and had excellent experiences every single time. All of the nail techs here do a phenomenal job with my hands and feet. I've done basic and fancy styles and every time I walk out super satisfied and the tips or overlays stay on for weeks. Highly highly recommend. Where do i start I went in after a previous incident at another nail salon no appointment a walk in greeted as soon as i came in GREAT ATTITUDE . Got the greatest help possible made me feel so welcome as a woman. Got a beautiful nail set by ms.vicky and i believe the owner im not sure didn't catch her name she was amazing answered all my questions and provided every detail as well as everyone there they had big smiles , laughs and the decor was breathtaking pretty . I left a 5 star review months ago when Mimi was there. I have gone back about 6 times, and no longer recommend this place. One, they don't clean their tools for any type of service. Two, they're WAY over priced, like $80 for SHORT nude nails, with no type of design is ridiculous. Scam is an understatement. When I start questioning the price they wanna hush me right away and offer $10 off next service. Not ok. Only old ladies who don't realize they're getting scammed go here. Sorry not sorry. read more

This was my first visit and my last. The pedicure was nice and my toenails look good. I picked a $40 pedicure. I brought my own polish because I like a certain color, and you never know what they might have. Everything was great until I went to pay. I was told it would be an extra 15 dollars because the polish was gel. Mind you I was not informed of that when I sat down to get the pedicure. The person behind the counter took $5 off, but I will not return because of their dishonesty!! read more

Moved here last June! Have tried so many places in an an effort to find "my nail place." Well...FINALLY! Finally found a place where the gel lasts more than one week and the quality of the work was amazing. Sophie did my gel manicure and I absolutely love it! Then I returned one week later for a pedicure to see if that was the same quality and it did not disappoint! My only regret is I forgot to get the name of the girl who did my pedi, it was wonderful... She did a great job! And it does indeed help that the establishment is clean, they are following Covid protocols with handwashing and mask wearing. They have definitely gained a loyal customer! read more

You can tell the owners are trying really hard to turn this into one, if not the best, nail salons in town. The owner and his family are super friendly and they do a great job at reasonable prices. They go out of your way to make you feel at home. It is being remodeled, but you can tell that it is going to be an investment. The only reason I am giving it less than five stars is because it took them forever to buff my friends nail and she had to show her tech it was uneven.
