They gave me a gift certificate as part of a promotion, and because my nails looked good I planned to return to give them one more try, even though the price upset me. But exactly one week later FOUR of my nails chipped?? With dip that lasts 2-3 weeks? I started getting dip around 5-6 years ago and have never had four nails chip in one week. Very upset.

I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't.
