Apparently they "redid" the menu so it should've been $50, which I wish they honored the price they told me, and then they charged me extra for removing what was previously on my nails and shaping? I wish I knew, because $45 nails jumping to $60 is insane. They gave me a gift certificate as part of a promotion, and because my nails looked good I planned to return to give them one more try, even though the price upset me. But exactly one week later FOUR of my nails chipped?? With dip that lasts 2-3 weeks? I started getting dip around 5-6 years ago and have never had four nails chip in one week. Very upset.

I appreciate any business that contacts their customers and takes these issues seriously. Thank you Lalla's. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I only come to Lala's but today will be my last. The tech who did my chrome full set manicure in the front was very rude. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn't want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don't get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn't apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said "UGH!" And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing. I have never been treated this poorly by a nail tech. I was still nice enough to tip her but I shouldn't have. She has ruined this salon for me.
