Better help for alcohol addiction. Better training for the injection. Not to do the injection if you haven't done it in over 10+ years. Christina (mean LOOKING, pineapple hair wearing, sorry excuse for a nurse!) did an injection that she had not done in over 10 years... but instead of referring the patient to a location that has sent them recently she decided to do it herself and personally landed this poor patient in the ER with a excruciatingly painful knot the size of an orange that had to get drained. Then once she was notified of the aftermath of her incision, poor pitiful work at that., she responds with "Mm" !!! Lessons learned patient will never be back and she won't be doing the injection for another 10 to 20 years hopefully prayerfully because she's literally sending people to the hospital!!!!! read more

I have been working here for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience so far. It is really nice seeing patients progress in their treatment, I just try to leave positive impact on all patients because I know the road to recovery is hard. Also Jessica is an amazing director she is always looking out for staff and the patients, the little events she puts on year round I feel like goes a long way for the patients and they really seem to enjoy them. I, for the most part have always done everything in this clinic that we are supposed to. I've come a long way. I'm almost done, I'm down to 5 milligrams from 80. But this place and these people truly don't care about me or my life or anything about it. For 3 weeks I tried calling and leaving messages for Jessica or anyone and she never called me back. She said she wanted to talk to me in person, but to me that's disrespectful. I needed a call back, not to wait for 3 weeks. It was a time sensitive matter. I'm currently detoxing because I don't have insurance and I can't afford to pay and I refuse to talk in a group setting. And I know the doses I have are currently mis-marked. Some of my 1 and 2 milligram doses are way darker than my 5 milligram dose for today. I can't wait to be rid of this clinic and the workers. I know they don't give 2 shits about me or anyone else. We're just a number and a paycheck to every single one of them. How could they not do anything when I say my doses are clearly mis-marked. Please if you need help, try any other program before this one. They put you through the ringer and I guarantee that most of the time you won't even be able to speak to your worker. And sometimes they'll flag you and not let you dose, for whatever reason they come up with. And it pisses me off that I'm so close to being off successfully and then this.... I know my doses are mixed up and I'll be yo-ing back and forth. And I'm not gonna lie.... I'm really feeling it right now. I can't sleep, I'm antsy and irritable. This sux ass. But don't go there. Jessica and Christina won't make time for you, won't return a call. Nothing. The front staff and dosing room are awesome but I think it's sad and ridiculous that the doser messed up and I'm dealing with it. read more

My father Steve has been receiving treatment off and on since the 80's here at Colton clinical services & because of the program and counseling he has been able to hold a job and better his life.He also got off parole which was a constant throughout the 70's most recently as of 2005 the counselor,Dr's helped push him to 12 step programs his life has gone from broken down trailer in sisters back yard to three bedroom house three vehicles all paid for it's also allowed him to reach out and help others including myself who was also fighting addiction as well we have nothing but gratitude for these counselor's, mediation and Dr's who have helped us change our lives into responsible loving compassionate people. read more

I've been coming here for three plus years and it's great. The clinical director Jessica really cares about the clients, and Dr. Ruh is very thorough. I've been assigned a new case manager named Michelle, and she really impressed me with the way she completed my treatment plan. She's very personable and understanding and works around my schedule when it comes to appointments. Sometimes the dosing line can get a little long, but the dosing nurses do their best to keep things moving. In my experience, the security has always been friendly and are helpful keeping everyone safe. Overall a great place to get off opioids. read more

This place is pretty awesome....it has helped me get into treatment twice and have gone out of there way to help me. The whole staff is really nice except for one lady very nasty attitude. Other than that.. Dr.Ruh was awesome worked with me both times. Gets busy and very busy time to time but you have to remember it's clinic helping out more than 1,000 patients. read more

beware .more addicting then herion or pills.this clinic treat you like s..t.. this morning it was 38 degrees out side .3 people inside .you think they would let you in .no .mean staff .long lines .its when they feel like it..and if you complain .lol who cares . they never ask or tell you how about lowering your dose .its allways raise your dose.its all about money. and once they got you hooked man this stuff is worse the dope highly addicting.but they wont tell you this.then after they treat you like dirt.you feel helpless because they own you now .its sick...just ask people when you go .ask more then one ...at first its all cool .but after awhile you relise you are hooked on another drug .but way worse .very hard to get off .i had to go 1 mg every 5 to 6 weeks and felt like crap the whole time.now iam at 7 mg after 5 plus years i think 6.so beware its better to .go to loma linda detox for ten days .then do the rest at home just be strong.but i dont recommend this clinic .because of staff and the methadone.....methadone is bad. real bad .research before you get the ball and chain on your ankle and all the drama the clinic gives you waiting in long lines every day on saturday s its sick .how they treat people.i wish i could just leave on 7 mg but thats how bad this crap is .i have to go slow all the way to 1 mg .its sick. read more
