You can take your pick. You'll truly only ever get out of it what you put in. I am 4 months sober today with the help of all of the friends and mentors I got the privilege to build connections with through my time in treatment. Not only did Benchmark guide me through my most devastating point in life, but through their Alumni Program, I've found so much strength and hope by remembering where I came from and staying in the middle of the pack of likeminded addicts and alcoholics who only strive for a better life for themselves and to help others along the way. I started taking several of the nutraceuticals he recommended for me in the Opus 23. Since then I have achieved complete relief almost all of the time from the pain I was suffering in my right hip since May of 2022. I credit the nutraceuticals he recommended to me for this. In addition I have had a tendency towards skin cancer and pre-cancer on my nose. I am also seeing an improvement in the skin on my nose since starting the nutraceuticals. . I have only seen him one time but was extremely pleased with my visit. He took his time, actually asked pertinent questions, reviewed my labs and genetic information. He gave me recommendations that were extremely helpful!!
