Called the pharmacy and first no one answered, went to voice mail, secondly a girl answered the second time i called and i explained to her that half the bottle of pills (xphoza) were broken and crushed, she responded to me by saying i need to call my insurance company to have them replaced! I followed up my prescription. I was told that the driver delivered my RX and no one answered.This was Friday October 18. I made several calls. They said they will deliver Monday October 21 between 1pm to 6 pm. Nobody came . I called again they will deliver on Tuesday October 22. I requested if they can call if they have arrived. Ok they said if someone calls with 323 area code answer it. No calls no delivery. Per driver statement he came twice rang the doorbell and nobody answered. We came from upstairs by the time we opened the door nobody was there. On the second delivery same thing rang doorbell and left nobody called with 323 area code. On both occasions we waited and waited but unfortunately we did not get a delivery. I called today and paid for it via phone. Then I was told it will not delivered anymore. It will be send in USPS. I had no choice because I need those medication. Will it be so hard for your delivery person to be courteous enough to wait for few minutes before taking off.We home on both occasions. Very disappointed with the handling of delivery. This is not the first time that this happened. read more

I am in need of a medication currently only available through this pharmacy. Or, previously available only through this pharmacy. My doctor has since found another supplier. Poor poor poor communication over the phone with the pharmacy (different person every time, different levels of knowledge and politeness), and with the third-party delivery service (couldn't figure out how to call me on my cell phone when the number was printed in the delivery label and contact instructions).....and probably between the delivery service and the pharmacy. Product always arrived at ambient temperature/warm ice packs.....when it arrived. Hopefully this is a nice neighborhood pharmacy in town, but for delivery and communication online, horrible and not recommended. After 3 attempts, I switched to the other provider. Whew. First, I love that a real person in the pharmacy answers the phone, usually within two rings and handles my refills within minutes, and then has them to my home within a couple of days. Hello, I had a prescription from Davita directed to this pharmacy. 10 dyas ago. I liked the idea of delivery medication to my house and that's why I asked them to deliver. Though I paid fee to this pharmacy while cvs does not ask pay anything. When I gave the credit card information, the pharmacy teller told me the medication would be delivered to me within two days. As of today, 7 days have been passed without the medication delivered to me. Last Saturday while I was on the Davita Chair for the dialysis the delivery man called me. He said he was very busy the previous day. He came to my Apartment but no one open the gate for him. No one was waiting for him to open the gate, very sorry, I said to him. He said to me he can deliver this Monday. I waited but no call was made by the delivery man. Today is Wednesday. No one called me so far. I will call the pharmacy to check what's going on. I don't think I can make a very nice and tender tone. I am not sure if they are ready to inform me of the delayed service and the prompt delivery notice. Usually this page is for the nice and wonderful service. But I cannot do this. I am very upset. They got my money and my prescription. When do they can deliver my medicine? Do they know that the delivery man made their name dirty? I hope this little note make the total service of them better and they deliver my medicine promptly. I tried to call but they start their business from 9:30 in the morning. Do I have to call or wait until they read this comment? Today I called the Pharmacy to meet the following situation: I called them and they identified me. Then she said. "O.K. The delivery man went to you but you were not there. "The delvery gentleman called me on Saturaday. I told him that he should have called me before the delivery. I cannot wait for him all day long." "Not only the deluvery man but we also called you. No body picked up the phone." "You never called me only the deliveryman. He told me he will deliver them on Monday bit he did not." "The delivery man did not work on Monday. The delivery will be made today or tomorrow." "The delivery service done like this is your standard? What do you mean today or tomorrow?" "O.K. I will make very clear. Tomorrow." She said to me. I don't think I did describe what happened between me and her. I was very sad to have this service. I will not ask the doctor to issue the prescription to that pharmacy. I am very much upset. Horrible service they are always sending my mom more of what she doesn't really need and always give her trouble when she needs her insulin. She needed it and they didn't give it to her after they said they would have it for her. The clinic called to approve the refills and the next day the pharmacy said they never received it. This pharmacy has tried to only deliver partial precriptions and then try and say that they delivered the full amount. How can they possibly not know how many pills are in a bottle? The insurance company has to call them and oddly colton pharmacy can see that they made a mistake. The delivery is nice but they do not know what they are doing. The customer service at Colton Pharmacy is amazingly above and beyond the industry standard. My mother was prescribed a specialty drug that her pharmacy did not dispense, resulting in her doctor sending her prescription to Colton Pharmacy. Her prescription was mailed out to her and received within a weeks time with a $0 dollar amount due. A week went by and my mom got a call from Colton Pharmacy, informing her that her co-pay would be $100 a month for this one pill she is taking! Patel, the manager/pharmacist called me back. He told us that for the first month, to help my mom get started on her meds, they covered the fee of $100! Patel continues to say that there are foundations that will subsidize prescription fees for qualifying applicants. He asked a few questions regarding income, and he applied her information while we were on the phone. Within a few minutes, my mom was approved for the program and will get her future refills at no cost to her! I can't tell you how grateful my mother and I are, for the 5 Star/5 Diamond "customer care" we received. I'm overwhelmed by the standards of service they delivered to us. I'm quite sure that this is the level of service they give to all of their patrons. I believe in supporting our local merchants.
