I think Goosehead's response speaks for itself…read more A professional response could have simply stated that they were sorry they could not meet my expectations and that we were unable to resolve our differences. Instead, Goosehead chose to publicly characterize me as "unreasonable" and suggest that I do not understand insurance. What is notably absent from their response is any discussion of the documented policy error that Goosehead later acknowledged during its review. In that instance, incorrect underwriting information was submitted on my policy and remained uncorrected until renewal. My concern has never been that mistakes happen. Mistakes happen in every business. My concern has been the unwillingness to acknowledge legitimate concerns and the tendency to dismiss them until documentation proves otherwise. I also noticed through my interactions with Jeremy Madick that he would argue with you to the end. It is very important for him to have the last words, or he will not leave you alone. I can provide many emails he sent trying to get his last words on the issues I raised. The only other person I have seen that likes to do that is my 3 year old nephew. Again, another example of the complete lack of professionalism. Readers can decide for themselves whether Goosehead's response reflects the level of professionalism they would expect from an insurance agency.
