Experienced some of the worst customer service by the front desk staff today. I understand medical services get inundated and the work flow can be hard. (Have worked in medical for the last 8 years). But it's no excuse to be rude, condescending, and unhelpful on the phone like the woman was to me. The interaction was probably one of the worst I've had in years. Great process and caring knowledgeable staff. It's very clean with lots of seating. When you walk in, you sign in and finish the sign-in process on your device, which was very easy! You take pics of your insurance and license and fill out the rest. Then it tells you throughout your time where you are in line. My husband was seen right away when it was our turn. They took good care of him and he was better by the next day! This is the second time I've gone here both times were pleasant. Insensitive and rude at times. The MA was amazing. The PA and front desk not at all. I had a Scrip sent to what I thought was a 24 hour pharmacy because it once was. It's not now so I call the urgent care asking them the following day to send it to Walgreens by my home. Walgreens is Stating it's too soon to get refill. I have not had this medication in ages so why is that?? One might think well maybe the original pharmacy filled it so I go there out of my way and they have nothing nothing at all. Why won't Walgreens fill it. Well my only option is to call the urgent care who is rude lacks empathy and gave me some lame explanation that explained nothing. not to Mention I'm in pain. I'm extremely worried and now my hands are tied because the urgent care Are useless and the pharmacy is closed. Another day without being able to start the meds and the problem is now worse. Don't expect much from these individuals. The appt itself extremely rushed literally 45 seconds he spent with me and did NO exam and made me feel hopeless and no closer to any answers. Why isn't the scrip filled? Tomorrow I will be dealing with Walgreens because there should be nothing and no reason why they did not fill it. Do not come here. I called and asked if they can clean and stitch up a wound for my brother. The receptionist said yes. My brother arrives and upon assessment Dr. stated that he could not stitch up the wound because tissue was exposed. Umm... an open wound will have tissue exposed.... That's why he needed stitches ! Recommended to visit his primary and get a referral for a dermatologist. Sure, like he's going to wait a month or more for that. They could have just said they do not do stitches and or sent him to ER not a primary visit!!! Incompetent "professional" do not waste your time here ! This is my second time coming to this place for my daughter being sick, my first time was a great experience with a female doctor. This time around the doctor was horrible, Guy looked like he was on steroids and came in very aggressive into the waiting room and was annoyed at my daughter crying and screaming. I was helped by jenifer today and i feel she was very understanding and communicated very well towards me about everything that was to be expected with prescription , filling out forms . The receptionist here needs training. The one on the left was rude for no reason. Seemed like she was trying to prove her authority in her receptionist position. They took a call and spoke about that client and made remarks of how dumb the question was in front of people waiting. Very unprofessional, they seem to pick and choose who they'd like to be nice to. Staff inside were great. Only thing bringing down your ratings is your receptionist honestly. They should make people feel welcome not as if they are being a nuisance. Management should consider rehiring or supervising. Possibly remind them that it's their job and they shouldn't get annoyed in front of people for making them do something. read more

I was called in at THREE FORTY. Unfortunately I cannot say how long I will be waiting in the room, seeing as I'm TYPING THIS WHILE I WAIT, but it's FOUR FIFTEEN. WHAT. IS. THE. POINT. IN. MAKING APPOINTMENTS?? I went to the receptionist and asked where I am in line and that I have been waiting an hour and a half. She responded "everyone has been waiting that." Little did she know she only made my query clearer. You're right! Why have WE been waiting an hour and a half? Anyway, I'm still waiting as I type this. I even thought I might be interrupted by the doctor finally coming in. Haha. Nope. I prepared to seem discreet if he were to come in to hide the flurry of my fingers typing on my screen whilst I struggle to keep the mucus at bay due to the lack of tissues. I have begun to ponder the hidden and often overlooked significance of life. What is it? What is our purpose? Why is there a lack of tissues in this waiting room? I sniff as I think over my answer. I look up at the bleary light of the singular yellow bulb. I crack a smile despite the snot escaping my nose. And I have found my answer. I simply do not know. Yet. I think that enough time in here will give me my answer. Be it a day, or a year. Seeing how things are going, I suspect longer. But I know I'll reach the end. If this doctor's visit has taught me anything it's that patience will overcome anything. Wish me luck folks, I suspect I'm in this for a while. (Even more, than) Edit: I am still waiting. One of the strange scrubbed people looks at me. "You're next." I swear my knees buckle as a wave of shaking relief overcomes me. This is it. I will be going home. Minutes later, I exit the doctor's office to find a speckled moon replacing the warm sun that was still high up the horizon when I first arrived. Besides that, the outside scenery has not changed. There are the same forlorn mountains in the distance, the same crisp quality to the air as there always has been. Everything is still, besides a walker by or two. How are things so different when nothing has changed at all? I sniff once more as I think over my answer. And I realize that while everything remains the same, I am the one who has changed. Had me girlfriend go for a Carpal tunnel issue. After attending her and "prescribing" her medication. No prescription was ever sent. After finally having them send a prescription. The insurance needed an alternative. After a whole day of calls from the pharmacy, the doctor never once answered to the pharmacy or personal calls. After Finally getting the urgent care to send an alternative prescription, we found out they forgot to send it completely and never got started until ANOTHER FOLLOWING DAY. Horrible , the front office lady was very rude to my mother. If I was there to witness this , trust me she would hear what I had to say. My parents went this afternoon because my mom was not feeling well. They have the front desk and tablets on the right side on the wall to check in. My parents are not too familiar with using technology like that so my mom asked one of the ladies she is blonde and light skinned and also spoke Spanish, she asked for her assistance in the front to help her check in. The lady said no and told her to figure it out. I know damn well that they are able to check you in on their computers. I wouldn't even give them a star! I went yesterday and was left in tears! I called not once but THREE times to confirm if I got there by 8:30 I would get seen. I showed up at 8:28 got off the car and at the door at 8:29 and she locked it. She opens the door and I began to tell her I called to confirm before I went and when I was driving over that if I was there by 8:30 I would be seen. She literally said she wasn't feeling good and wanted to leave. My daughter was in so much pain and to be turned away after I was told we would get seen was so devastating. The lengths I had to go through to get there for her to say she wasn't feeling good and just wanted to go home that it was only her and then 3 more girls were behind counter. Had she told me over the phone "we can't shut the door till 8:30 and who cares about you guys I just want to go home then I would've had more respect for her" but she didn't and because she told me I would get seen and drove over there to be turned away I drove an extra hour around looking for somewhere when I could've tried to go somewhere else and get the care we needed. Instead my daughter had to go to bed in pain because someone didn't want to do their job. I have NEVER received that type of treatment. I sobbed because that was such a horrible experience. I have done telemedicine through their sister companies and have always received excellent care and thought I would receive the same in person. I was wrong :( called another location and was told they actually had a lot of complaints about their staff. The girl who turned us away for her own personal Reasons should not work in a place where they are serving/helping others. Colton urgent care and the urgent care group that they are apart of are hands down the best in the IE. I think the only bad thing is they don't have locations everywhere, however a quick drive and visit is fast and quick and very thorough. I've also learned that they do DOT physicals as part of what they offer and I may come in here more frequently based on those reasons alone. I've come now twice in the last year to this exact location and the one in Moreno Valley and I've been satisfied on price and efficiency. I felt horrible this morning and knew I needed to go to an urgent care. My first stop closest to my home was the worst experience. As I considered to go to urgent care Colton, I made a call and had the best and most welcoming service over the phone. As I walked in, I was greeted immediately and the woman helping me at the front desk recognized my name and was very attentive. Since I was a walk-in my wait time was about an hour and they were able to get me in within less than 40 minutes, having a packed house. The nurse and the doctor that I had were very nice, even the young lady that checked me out at the end of my appointment. I was in and out of there within about 15 minutes and got the medication that I needed. I highly recommend this location and I will continue to go here when needed. read more

Let me start with saying how horriable this place is. I normally go to the moreno beach location where everyone is amazing, but this location the colton one sucks! Been here twice both have been a horriable experience. Today was my second time here. Staff was super rude again, from the front office girl to the lady that saw us that was supposely the doctor. Also very unprofessional, the front reciption girl was just sitting around with the lady i mentioned that was supposly the dr, laughing at videos while i was asking a question and both dissmed me and told me to just go wait in the room when i asked for the dr, while this lady claming to be the dr didnt say she was the dr when i asked for dr. They were to busy laughing at vídeos and told me " just wait" as i had been waiting for about 1 hour in the exam room waiting for this "'so called dr". When this so called lady that was claming to be the dr, came in very agressive and was agrressive with my childand very dissmissive. I will stick to the location that i go to moreno beach which is further away from me but this place sucks. Do not come here.
