Having just moved back to Idaho I did not know any equipment mechanics in the area. I had called several businesses in the area before coming across ZBR Repair in an online search. I called late in the afternoon and they were at my work site before noon the next day. Zack and Gavin are absolutely phenomenal. They exceeded everything I expected, from timely on-site response to exhaustive/thorough diagnostics of my equipment issues. Most importantly they know how to listen to the customer, ask questions the help to define the problem, and finally conduct any tests to validate findings and/or to eliminate possibilities. Prior to coming to the job site they even provided me some things to check/look for, for no other reason than to save ME money. ZBR Repair is my go to equipment service.

They thoroughly checked everything and let me know that I needed a new pump. They also checked the age of the dishwasher and explained that it was already dated. In this situation, they could have simply given me the repair price and made more money by doing the repair, but instead, they gave me their honest opinion--the same advice they said they would give their own family. They told me it would make more sense to invest in a new dishwasher rather than repair an older appliance in the condition mine was in. That level of honesty and integrity is exactly what I look for in a company. They were genuinely looking out for me rather than just seeing a dollar sign. I will 100% be using them for anything I need in the future, and I'll trust their recommendations if they tell me one of my appliances needs a repair. No apology, just confusion when I asked him why his partner didn't help. Deer in the Headlights! Contacted Chad again about the damage and finally after numerous calls (he refuses to call back) his first response was "First I heard about it". Had to call him back numerous times again to check status. Again, no apology. Submitted a repair quote from Renewal via email and heard nothing. Days went by so I called Manager Stewart and explained our issue. No apology again and got the "It's the insurance companies problem". Our quote is only good for two weeks, they don't care! Austin called me promptly when I left a message, was personable and helpful in person. (Been a while since I bought an appliance, so I asked every question twice. He was totally patient. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.) Delivery guys came during the window they gave me, messaged me when they were a little ways out, were personable, professional and thoughtful. I bought it Monday and it was delivered today. I washed a load last night. PERFECT! BTW, I just didn't want to ADULT on this one. They made it completely painless and I even got the President's Day Sale price.

Dave was quite knowledgeable about the washers and dryers we were considering. No mean feat considering that Wes's gets brands from all over. The washers and dryers we looked at were new, maybe dinged, but otherwise quite usable. The store isn't huge, so we had maybe a dozen washers and dryers to look at. Our initial target was lower, but we couldn't pass on the fantastic deal Dave gave us on the Electrolux. We also got a new Samsung dryer--again, at a terrific deal. We chose to have the washer and dryer delivered. We received a call about 15 minutes ahead of time warning us that our delivery was imminent. Zak and Adam, the two delivery guys. took our old washer and dryer (a brief moment of silence please), and zipped in our new washer and dryer. All of it was clean, precise, and controlled. All told, it took maybe 15 minutes for the delivery. This actually wasn't our first purchase from Wes's. About six months ago we purchased an LG refrigerator. It too was professionally delivered and has worked great for us ever since.
