It saddens me with the negative comments since I know for a fact the level of compassion Dr Engel has shown our family.

I get to check out and I was told I would have to pay a tech visit every time I go to the vet. I told them I couldn't afford 300$ all at once but I also was not aware if I spread out the payments I would have to pay an extra 50-70$ for seeing the tech each time. I was not told I would have to pay each time. I was also told since I was going back so much I would not have to pay it. Next time I will have to record all conversations. Also when I was checking out the guy with blond hair looked at me and smiled and kinda laughed at me. It was pretty rude. He told me I just told you over the phone that you would have to pay that. I was not told that over the phone. Also the red head girl at the desk is always rude as well. Allison is always nice, but should have been more clear to me about the price. I was only aware that I would be charged for shots. I also spoke with the owner. They both continued to tell me I had to pay the tech visit arguing with me and telling me pretty much the same thing over again. I finally had it and paid it. I won't be going back. the owner also told he appreciated my review also rude what kind of business owner is happy about bad reviews.

I really love this pet hospital. I had went to Gaide's for a long time and then Dr. Gaide retired…read moreand they completely changed his clinic. It left me looking for somewhere else. I just Googled around and found that this clinic was also near my home. I first took in my dog. She was adopted from the shelter and had recently turned one. I took her in for an exam and she needed no vaccines. However, her coat was falling out and it concerned me. I was given some fish oil which greatly helped her coat. I then decided to go ahead and transfer my kitties to this clinic. I brought in Safiyyah and it was a great appointment. All my concerns were addressed. The doctor was very kind and interested in my cat's health. She also recommended a great cat food. Everyone is friendly. I enjoy the atmosphere, even though they are currently renovating. Even other clients are friendly.

I had a great relationship with them when Dr.Howe was there. Then they let him go to a nerve…read moredisorder which was a shame because he was excellent and could have verbally trained some new staff. He was a WONDERFUL VET. Then I started noticing little things that irritated me yet they called me a difficult client. They had treated my two cats. One had diabetes and other issues. This one girl never got along with me from the get go. She had an attituede and apologized for it a couple times, but yet still marked me as a difficult client. Well it is supposed to be an animal hospital...I ask you does an Animal HOSPITAL, have a right to call it's business this when they won't treat pets after business hours even though they have the appropriate equipment to treat them. I had a problem ONE TIME when they decided to treat my fur baby on a SATURDAY. The TECH they sent in to meet me was exadtly that a TECH, not a vet, yet they decided she would be good enough. WRONG....and the charges were astronomical!!! Then one time that I was leaving there I saw the receptionist give this woman the remains of her deceased dog, and just say "HAVE A NICE DAY"..... She was crying. I followed her out to her truck and asked her if she was ok, then she really started crying, and told her it was ok and asked her dog's name. Then I sat there and listened to her tell me stories about him. The poor lady. They should have had someone walk the lady out and listened to her for a few minutes. I couldn't believe it. FINALLY WHAT IT CAME DOWN TO WAS: My KITTY was sick and it looked like she was throwing up blood, i called the clinic and the lady said if you bring her right in the vet can see her, and I told her it would be a few minutes, because i knew it would be hard to get her into her carrier because if she is sick she hides. The girl said as long as your here before noon...and "Oh yes, you will be charged for the visit as an emergency. I got to the clinic and called them and told them I was there, and then they told me I coudn't get in to see her now because we had already made an appt. for MONDAY. I said yes we did as a f/u to today. And you told me that I could get in if i got here before noon. She kept insisting that I could not get her seen. After all the money I spent there. Each visit no matter what it was always costs almost 200.00 and they don't even give out complimentary nail cutting. Dr. Howe used to do that. I mean this business spent millions revampin g the place then raised their rates. I had beeen a client for over 10 years and probabvly put millions into it. And to have this business treat me like my kitty and I didn't matter was just horrible. It makes me wonder if i SHOULD TRUST ANY BUSINESS THAT CATERS TO FUR BABIES IN A NICE ENVIRONMENT. THEY GO THRU STAFF LIKE THEY ARE " disposable goods." THE WHOLE PLACE IS A SCAM FOR MONEY NOW. I had the utmost respect for it when DR. BOUVERETTE they were the initial owners. I can't believe they still own it. Then the vet has the audacity to tell me my kitty is overweight AND IF YOU KNEW HER SHE IS DEFINITELY A HYPOCRITE!!! And her husband worked there. Matter of fact I became a client back when they were first opening and the office looked poorish and they had a space heater. Dr. Bouverette came into meet my kitty and got down on the floor with it, and was petting it and talking so nice then they started upgrading and there were no good vets that would spend five minutes with you and discuss your furbaby. they did a sanitary shave on my baby cuz she has a birth defect and cut her and then tried to downplay it. meanwhile she got an infection. I wouldn't recommend this place if my life depended on it. I wish Dr. Bouverette still was a vet there and SAW WHAT WAS GOING ON THERE. LORI FOROOZANDEH 2015-2025

We knew our sweet girl Madeline was not well. She had a couple of strokes and our vet said it…read more"probably was time". We had to take her to the the emergency vet who was outstandingly nice. The whole situation was still heart wrenching. We got Madeline's ashes back five days later and the small touches made the process easier. With our other dog, Olive, who was cremated, we were simply given a box of ashes from the funeral home and we cried all the way home. It sucked! With Madeline and Partridge Enterprises they included a card with her paw print and her ashes were already in an urn. Not a cheesy urn either, a really funky cooper urn with paw prints on the exterior. Very Madeline :) There was a sweet poem and a note. Sure, we cried all the way the home, but this time I wasn't worrying about what I was going to do with a cardboard box of ashes. We talked about Madeline and how happy she was when the front door opened and her tail would start thumping uncontrollably (that and her love of carrots!). Madeline was our child and it was a shock when she died, but Partridge Enterprises made it just a smidge easier to cope knowing our sweet girl was respectfully cared for.

My beloved husky Cody passed away at age 13 in March of this year. It was sudden and I was so lost…read moreand upset. My terrific veterinarian works with Partridge Enterprises, and recommended them. I own a pet based business in the same building as my vet, and I was at work when I saw the truck stop by to pick up my Cody. The man driving (I can't remember his name, I was too upset) was SO nice to me as I told him he was there to pick up my baby. He talked to me about him, he looked at his picture, and he brought him out and let me see him one more time before he was taken to be cremated. He also gave me a hug and told me how sorry he was for my loss. Those may not seem like big deals, but to me they were. When I received Cody's ashes, they were in a beautiful urn, with a paw print and a card with the Rainbow Bridge poem on it. I was very pleased, as much as one could be with such a loss. A few weeks later, I saw the same man back at my vet's office to pick up someone else's pet. I went out to say thank you again, since I was in a better state of mind then. He not only remembered me AND my dog, but asked me if I got the paw print, and talked to me for a bit. I felt so much better that my baby had been taken care of by people that truly cared. Cody was a BIG personality and so special to me, and it makes me feel good that I know he was treated with respect and dignity. Thank you Partridge Enterprises! -----Cody's mom

Her response was "maybe clean your carpet". I informed her that this was very rude to which she stated she wasn't going to pay to clean my carpets and therefor didn't know what I wanted her to do; after this the manager became increasingly rude. They can be held liable to clean my carpets but I don't even care about that and was not what I was calling for. I informed her that I was really just calling to let them know so that it doesn't happen with future clients but that there were many other ways that this could have been handled other than sarcasm and being rude. I have never been spoken to or dealt with such horrible customer service in my life.
