What an amazing location for a retirement ceremony! Thank you so much to Michelle Marzolf, who was…read moreour event coordinator, for being a great host. The communication we had prior to the day of the event, to assisting in setting up items (balloons & banners) was vital to the decoration of the party. Michelle has a definite go-getter mentally that won't stop until you are happy. She definitely made every second of the event memorable in every way. So many compliments were made about the location (Summer House), that I was able to refer two of my coworkers to have their kids graduation party at this establishment. Thank you again Michelle for being the person you are and making our event that much special. May God continue to overflow your life with blessings. I found a house I wanted to see and was referred to Peter. He showed up in 10 minutes, made and posted a video for my husband, who couldn't come due to work. Although another person was able to put contract on house before my husband was able to get back to me an hour later. Peter never gave up and was active in sending homes that met our requests until we found the home that was right for us. Thanks again Peter!

I wanted to book an event here for November 1. Well first the little sales receptionist India…read more(that's how you say her name not necessarily how you spell it) - she wrote down the wrong date - A YEAR FROM NOW! I initially emailed the coordinator. She did not respond to me within 24 hours so i called and spoke with India. Rhonda called back and we began a series of phone tag. I re-emailed her that next morning to clarify my date. 4 days later and I called and RHONDA is NOW ON VACATION UNTIL TUESDAY! - NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS FROM 9/18 or ANY EMAILS. This sales team is a joke and i have no idea why it was something that was recommended to me. I would not rent from them with monopoly money!

Apparently a "vegetarian" dish at the Belair Conference Center means putting dices of ham in with…read morethe vegetables. It's totally unprofessional & disrespectful to not take dietary restrictions seriously. That's to say nothing of how stupid it is. Who seriously doesn't know that pig is not vegetarian?? If you're not vegetarian and/or have no empathy for the moral code of others, there are plenty of other reasons that Belair CC sucks. The food took forever and a million years to come out, the waitstaff was unable to find anyone in management for me to talk to, saying "no one is in charge right now", and the sound-system was terrible (if that belongs to the conference center). Also, parking was a nightmare. Once spots ran out in the lot, people started parking in nearby business's lots only to be told to move. Where to is a mystery. Also lame: the bathroom soap here smells like a hospital. I'm not advocating not washing your hands, but just be warned that you'll have to endure the wafting scents of antiseptics for the rest of the night. Ew.

I decided we could stop by early one afternoon to miss out on the high volume of people. We came today, Tuesday Jan. 26 around 1-2pm. When we got here there was only one other family, so that was really nice. Eventually they finish up and leave, and we were in there on our own. The woman working was nice and didn't rush us. My kids finally picked out their pieces and then we went to get colors. At the other location in Evans, they use to let us get quite a few choices but she specifically said they could only get 4 each. That was a little disappointing. The only minor issue is I had to grab a little water bowl from another table since ours didn't have one. Besides that, painting goes smoothly and we finish up. There's a sink outside of the bathroom, unlike the other store, and I find that really great. My daughter could wash her hands while I kept my eye on my son at the same time. Paying is simple. Since prices are listed where you pick pieces, you'll know a rough estimate. I asked if they did military or if it's only on Fridays, and she said they don't do it at all. That's a little sad given how populated the area is with military families, but I understand it could be because of Covid and hardships too. Another thing I'm only slightly concerned about, and I may have missed her do it, but I'm not sure if tables or brushes are properly sanitized. Sure they're wiped down from paint, but people are still sitting down, masks off, breathing all over the tables. If I come back to sit and paint, I'll be sure to bring some Clorox wipes to be safe.

I have no idea, but this is the worst hotel and it's way more expensive than it should be. This was terrible. Well, that being said, I do have to say they had a nice breakfast ... But..... The elevator look like it could break any second . The rooms had stains and mold, and the carpet was soggy. The AC was leaking. The window was cracked and wind was whistling in and there was just so many issues and they didn't care at the front desk.... They didn't even bother to offset the cost of the room because I would've paid half that price for a nice room somewhere else so I'm not sure what they're thinking here because it does not add up.... And they told me they'll give me a discount if I come back. They have lost their mind. I will never ever stay here again. You couldn't pay me to stay here.!!!!

It looks like it's going through remodeling/parts change out throughout the hotel but it looks like a cheap job is being done. For $160 a night, this is not worth it. The painters painted over multiple items in the rooms, the showers themselves have shower mold in the cracks, the outlets are extremely over used and do not hold the plug in. The elevator call button is broken and another one has been mounted, I'm not sure if it's according to Fire Marshall standard?? This place may be going through a renovation but I can guarantee you I will not be staying here anytime soon again! When you walk in, it says doors are locked after 1100pm, I walked in at midnight and the doors flung open.
