I had an appointment last Friday. They canceled the appointment that day. We reschedule the appointment for today. Due to being sick, coughing and sneezing, I thought it prudent not to go. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! I hope I have the correct location. It is their "new" spot in Bristol. Guys, I can't put into words how much I appreciate them. Not only was the oral surgeon there the most genuine, nicest, most caring and seemingly educated dentist/surgeon I have ever went to..... but I also hit dead stop traffic on the way to my hour and a half drive to get there from where I live. I would have never expected them to wait, even though I was an hour out at this point, BUT THEY DID!!!! I couldn't find a spot and they showed me where to park and let me go move my car so I did not get it towed. The treatment they gave me was far beyond anything I would have ever expected considering I know doctors/dentists have to follow certain protocols. They genuinely cared. I've been there several times before, I'm sure they could see I was not late any of those times!!! Unfortunately traffic does happen, but I've had to cancel a couple appointments due to it over the years. They did an amazing job and now I am waiting for a call back to finish the rest of my root canal process. This is the ONLY Columbia dental office I will vouch for and will ever say I truly appreciate. I've never had a problem, and everyone I see there is just as kind and genuine!!! Cross posting this so ppl really know not to come here! I'm sorry but I will not be coming back here I was still in pain from an extraction 9 days ago, I was unaware I was coming for another one on the other side of my mouth, when I told the guy I didn't want to do it that day cuz I was still in pain and had anxiety, THE DENTISTS PEANUT GALLERY THAT WERE SITTING IN THE ROOM STARTED TO LAUGH AT ME, like I was being irrational, so afterwards I told him hey I'm having pain from other parts of my mouth like the tooth next to the one they wanted to pull (that's already had a root canal so had no pain at all, it just broke a year or two ago so he wanted to extract it) did I mention I have a state insurance? Lolol so then I said can we make an appointment to do a root canal on the tooth that was causing me pain he goes "ughhh sure it'll be a longer appointment so let me go let them no" as I'm getting my stuff to leave I walk out to the front to the young dentist whispering to the big guy up front and then running away quickly AS SOON AS I APPROACHED Like what a spineless act lol and then the guy up front proceeds to tell me that because I wouldn't let the dentist do the extraction on the other tooth (because I'm still recovering from the other side) that it's gunna cost me money out of pocket next visit to do the root canal? And gave me a sketchy reasoning saying that it's gunna take longer or harder job?? Idk it didn't make sense and did I mention I have state insurance,(that pays for routine dental, root canals, fillings etc) so I shouldn't be asked for money to get a root canal, I'm just confused lol and I was over their sketchiness (their lack of care the first visit, and then just rushing me out and when I come back days later with a clear dry socket, again doesn't send me home with even Motrin, gauze, or syringe to clean the hole) soo yeah please find somewhere else too go if you've made it this far... and if your the dentist reading this oh well, maybe learn from this and treat people better, and figure out why so many people are left feeling negatively from this establishment. read more

Seriously this whole staff is absolutely amazing! They were all super kind and understanding during my husbands 2 hour extraction! Dr. Harper, Sarah and Nichole were by far the best! They had a great sense of humor going into the appointment which made us both very relaxed. They were gentle and caring throughout the whole thing and even canceled an appointment to make sure he took the time and diligence into the extractions that was needed! We have state insurance and was concerned about thy type of dentures my husband will be getting. They don't discriminate based on the type of insurance you have. They are focused on getting you healthy, no matter what. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any dental needs! read more

Staff: 5 Stars 100% every single person. Every interaction was wonderful. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, then the assistant and dentist that took my x-rays and then eventually extracted my tooth. Professional, courteous, talented, you name it! Cant say enough. Todays post-op experience 0/5: What boggles my mind? They extracted my #15 tooth with what felt like extreme difficulty, it was huge, took him almost an hour, and a lot of wrestling. I left there feeling great and so happy to have the surgery done, novacaine wore off about 30 minutes later. The pain got progressively worse quickly. At this point my entire face, jaw, and eye socket has been pounding for 4 hours, I was prescribed nothing for pain. I follow all post-op documentation provided, ice, salt water rinse, tea bags, there is no relief. Says call the doctor. Well, the phone number on the paper is wrong. I then call another number, get put on hold for 15 minutes, listening to the same 30 second Columbia Dental jingle as I bang my head against a wall. Someone picked up and then hung up without saying anything. Call back, same process, get connected to someone. They say if I come back into the office they will give me some tylenol, the same I was given when it hurt before extraction. Well I have a bottle of that sitting on the shelf that does not help me at all. I beg for other options but at this point over the phone It seems like they view me as some kind of junkie. If I was trying to abuse the system don't you think I would have asked for medication while I was there? Instead of considering taking a 20$ Uber an extra round trip? Maybe this type of thing is out of the doctors hands and he really doesn't have options,but either way I'm sad things turned out this way. I left the office excited, the dentist has actually always terrified me but I felt like the care given was exceptional and was even going to come back for a cleaning. I'm not sure Id ever go back here just based on how much agony im still in as I write this in 2019 in a country at the forefront of modern medicine, but here I am holding an ice pack on my face cursing the gods. read more

Horrible experience! These people don't know what they're doing! Went in for a simple cleaning my teeth weren't even hurting and they told me that I had five cavities three that were going to have to be done and two that were questionable. They gave me a prescription for a special fluoride toothpaste for the two that were questionable and supposedly fixed the three. After the Novocain wore off one of the fillings was scraping my tongue every time I talked so I went back to have them file down the excess filling. The next day my teeth started hurting. The pain kept getting worse each day. I had to go to another dentist to reverse the damage they had done. I wish I could give them zero stars cause they deserve it! read more

Today I got my last 2 wisdom teeth out. I saw Nicole and Dr Weber. Nicole made me feel as if her and I have known each other for awhile and connected with me and made me feel really comfortable before the procedure. Dr Weber was cool too. My first time to a dentist in almost two years and it was a great experience. I saw Doctor Harper and his assistant Nichole. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The lady that did my exam of my teeth never introduced herself, then proceeded to ask me quickly what was wrong..I told her my tooth hurt in the back, she didn't answer me and went straight to trying to drill my tooth! I said I need to be numbed first! ....ect...I dont even know how this place is staying in buisness. read more
