This is the Willowbrook Old Navy and it's usually pretty quiet and doesn't have as much going on, or as much stock, as a lot of the others - so I tend to not come here... but Barbie drags me in if I'm at this mall with her, and usually leaves within 5 minutes which means they don't have a lot of stuff.

I am heartbroken by our experience at this Once Upon A Child location…read more While we were in the toy section, an employee became visibly angry and aggressively threw toys into the bins and onto the shelves. She then loudly told us that the girls could play with the toys but couldn't take them out of the bins--even though my daughters had just arrived and were not the ones who made the mess. Her behavior terrified my children. They immediately started screaming and crying and were afraid whenever she came near them. As a mother, it was heartbreaking to witness. What hurts the most is that this has continued even after we left. My children have been having nightmares about this incident. No child should leave a children's store feeling scared and emotionally distressed. I have reported this to corporate and hope this incident is taken seriously so no other family has to experience what ours did.

The Willowbrook Mall has dead weight. We came in through the JCPenney entrance. JCPenney's is dead…read morecompletely. The only place that is hopping is their portrait studio and the photographers taking holiday photos. Other than that, I can't find a cashier in JCPenney's second floor to ring out my purchases. I'm going to end up leaving $200 worth of merchandise if I can't find a cashier! Their escalators are not working. You can only use the elevator if you can find it. Good luck with that.
