Well, now I do and along with other great or good value factory stores in this mall, I'm glad I finally got to this one in person. The NB Factory Store in JERSEY GARDENS MALL is a pretty decently sized store with what I consider to be a very wide selection of NB shoes and other products for men and women. On the three recent occasions I shopped in this store, I was met and greeted by some very nice and considerate employees who were very helpful and considerate, especially after I told them I am hearing impaired. During my second visit to this store, I had a very particular style of running shoe in mind and fortunately, I was able to find my size quickly. After some quick browsing and a final look-see, I was able to get out of the store in a very short period of time. If you are a fan of New Balance products, I recommend this factory store without reservation. The prices are great, especially during their BOGO events and even without them, buying an individual pair of shoes there will be, IMO, a worthwhile trip.

So I went in looking for rain boots and they directed me to these. They told me sizes run big so got me the one size below and above me since I am a half size. The bigger one was too big and not the color I wanted. At first I didn't like them but talking to the salesperson they told me it's pretty cushy and a great price which was true. I also have a hard time finding rain boots that fit my calves like the Hunter boots always too tight. So even though I wanted a bit higher these were easy to get in and out of and when I was walking in store didn't seem as heavy I first thought they were. I wound up getting a pair since I don't really enjoy shopping too much. They were a great price and I know they will last.

By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks. Great prices, but the temperature inside felt like Primark: The Oven Edition. Please turn the AC on before someone melts into the floor.
