The kids had an incredible time -- fully engaged from start to finish. Miss Tatiana, Coach Cameron, and the entire team were outstanding. They managed everything seamlessly and kept the energy high the entire time. What truly sets Emilia's apart is how little you have to do as a parent. I shared a few ideas and color preferences, and they handled everything -- decorations, setup, flow of the party -- all of it. No stress, no back-and-forth, just execution. The party ran for three hours, and the kids were genuinely upset when it ended. Even parents who arrived early found their kids still fully engaged and not ready to leave. You can tell the staff truly love what they do, and that makes all the difference. Working with Tatiana was effortless -- I mentioned what I wanted, and she made it happen without hesitation. After a long trip, walking into a perfectly organized and beautifully executed party meant everything. My daughter was so happy, and that's what matters most. While they have a few locations, this specific one is located off of Crain Highway. The front door is actually in the back of the building, and there is ample parking. They offer three party reservation spots on Saturdays. Included in our package was exclusive use of the entire space, a bounce house, a ball pit, a trampoline, a slide, a climbing wall, a zipline, a swing, and so much more! Additionally, two dedicated staff members led circle time, a puppet show, bubbles, and parachute play. To top it all off, the reservation included pizza, juice boxes, and grip socks for the kids. I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff was incredibly friendly, there were a ton of games to keep the kids engaged, and the two-hour slot felt like the perfect amount of time. In fact, my kid didn't want to leave! If you have a little one, I highly recommend signing up for a class or planning their next party here.

There is a lot of unfair practices and treatment towards the gymnasts as well depending on what you look like and whether are not you are liked by the management . This gym focuses more on collecting money than it does on its gymnasts. While this gym had potential it has changed drastically since it came under new ownership and not in a good way.

If my kids can't make it to class, then I just email her and she sets them up for open gym time. My kids love their teachers and are having a great time learning. They take it slow with them since they are new to everything. When my daughter was 6, we tried a place in Annapolis and on the first day, they wanted her to do a cartwheel and a front flip. When she couldn't, they told me they didn't think gymnastics was for her. Are you kidding me? Win win is great. I am very happy here and my kids are very happy. Is the place run down and dirty? Our instructor, Thomas, was fantastic. He's super knowledgeable and passionate and very focused on safety. I felt comfortable the whole time and like I had plenty of time to learn at my own pace and ask questions. He was encouraging and kind. I didn't expect to learn so much in this class. By the end we were able to belay and climb. The course focused on tying onto a rope, belaying someone safely, and catching falls. Again, Thomas was focused on safety and explained common mistakes people make, why they're unsafe, and how to avoid them. After the class, we were able to explore the gym and do some climbing and bouldering on our own. That essentially means that the class came with a free day pass and set of rentals- a great value! If you're looking to get into the hobby, the classes at Movement seem really worth it.

There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy.

When I arrived a worker greeted me and I waited around for 5-10 mins for the party to start. Nobody told me that I needed to check her in or sign a waiver. Ten minutes later a worker called me and accused me of just dropping my daughter off without signing a waiver ("you cant just drop off your kid and leave") and told me that she could not participate without a waiver. I asked the worker if she could send me a link to a waiver that I could access online, and she said no, it's better if you come in. So I drove ten minutes back to the academy only to be given a link to a form that had to be completed online - it turns out that the waiver was accessible on my phone and that she could have sent me the link!! Apparently there was no need for me to drive back. Skip this place and go to Emilia's Gymnastics instead.
