Got a bank check and came back 2 days later to pick it up. Easy peezy. Karlee handled everything with ease. The car was already discounted, so I got a late model car with only 30K miles, still under mfr's warranty and didn't have to haggle on the price. Very honest, great customer service, and I particularly love the purple gremlin in the customer area.

The car was priced as any car is, did the typical negotiation stuff, settled, wrote a check, and were happily on our way. The staff was upfront and friendly. The place was clean and had a pretty good waiting area. Being a small dealer that isn't in the middle of Albany they made up for their small selection, still with a good range of cars I should add, with a great honest vibe.

Pulled our car to the back, had us and our children go to a nice AC'd waiting area where we were met with a gorgeous coffee machine (much needed), a TV with Netflix for the kids, and if that wasn't enough the manager/supervisor brought everyone over some popsicles to enjoy while we waited. The car was diagnosed before the kids could even finish their popsicles !! We were then told it was a simple issue of a wrong sized gasket I believe that wasn't releasing as early as it should. Now this would usually be something we'd probably have to come back for in order for them to get the part and have a day to do the labor. NOPE ! These guys were kind enough to drive to the parts store, buy the needed part, & service the vehicle all within less than an hour. Oh but there's more ! When we go up to pay we are told that we will not be charged for the service, time, or labor today but only be charged for the gasket that they bought (under $60). Are you kidding me ?! We could have hugged everyone right there ha !! As parents of 3, traveling across the country, car trouble and spending money on repairs would have definitely put a big damper on our trip to say the least. We could not be more grateful for the amazing service we received, truly! You guys are amazing! We are now back in California home safely no troubles overheating the whole way back !! The service department is lazy, they lie, they do repairs after being asked not to and then try to charge you, will send you out the door in an unsafe vehicle that should not be driven, refuse to repair active oil leaks, not provide invoices, keep your vehicle for three months with little to no communication or updates, cause damage to your vehicle, talk to you like you are trash, personally attack you on social media if you dare call them out.... I can go on and on. If you don't care about your vehicle and you enjoy having to take it back consistently for repairs that take far longer than they should, that weren't done at all, or that were done incorrectly, by all means take it here. As others said, they answer the phone when they feel like it and blame it on a faulty phone system. They've been doing this for six months now as well as blaming EVERYTHING on prior employees and ownership. Also know that they are owned by Maverick Motor Group out of NH. I attempted to contact them for assistance and was ignored as well. I bought my vehicle there and the check engine light was on in a week, a tire was going flat, the brakes were failing, the steering was tricky, only one window worked, a tail lamp assembly was bad, the exhaust was on the brink of falling off and all kinds of other problems. I'm too disgusted to list all the problems. When I took it back, they wrote up an estimate that was double what I paid for the car and didn't even re-inflate the tire that they claimed was "all new." I'm lucky I'm a mechanic but most people are not. I should have checked it over better but I trusted them because they're a "dealership" and I'm totally screwed now. After this winter, I'm going to get this car in safe condition and sell it off because they won't do a thing for me. If you buy a vehicle from them, it'll be great... Until you sign your name and drive it for a week. They didn't even install my registration sticker that was sitting on the front seat. That's right, the temporary registration is still on it and I'm counting the days until I can afford to get rid of it. I've even read other reviews of people getting into accidents with vehicles purchased at this "dealership" just weeks after purchase due to a catastrophic failure, like a control arm. If I could put no stars or negative stars, that would still be too good. How many people is this business gonna screw over, injure, or even kill before they're shut down? I've already almost been in a handful of fender benders because they didn't tell me it needs all new brakes until two weeks AFTER I bought this lemon. There was only one key fob with it and Jacob agreed to supply a second one and have it programmed. It had to be ordered and he was diligent about keeping me updated and when he received it, set up a date for it to be programmed and for me to pick it up.
