She tells me to pay on the smaller unit I had a maybe they might work something out later. Call back later and find out my larger unit with all expensive and sentimental possessions had been auctioned off way before the auction date therefore couldn't fight for my things. When I called this nasty homophonic guy tells me they had been trying to contact me for months. They had wrong number, email and address for me so that was a cold blooded lie. He then says oh BTW either them or people they auctioned my stuff to had personal items they didn't want. On the phone he called me a faggot and says oh well get over it. I go and get the so called items they didn't want praying it was my health records, sentimental pictures, birth certificate etc and the bag was filled with used sanitary napkins, used condoms and kitty litter. Meanwhile they sold my other unit too and said nothing I could do unless I paid 60% on top of what the auction price was. As a disabled handicap I now have nothing to my name. This is what they do and how they make their money I guess. I had over 50,000 dollars worth of stuff between both unit so between the staff there and who they sold my stuff to is living large and smiling from ear to ear

The movers were not bad guys and did their best while moving my furniture from NJ home to storage. The furniture was delivered to Myrtle on time however three to four issues arose. My Ethan Allen entertainment center was broke and I was informed by the representative at sea cure to repair and send claim in that was done and they paid me the 120.00 it cost . Next was my Jennifer convertible love seat that was in pristine condition. This piece was ripped at legs and had several burns on side . I called the representative he told me I didn't have full replacement insurance and the claim would be paid at a pro rated amount . The estimate to recover was 350.00 without material . I then called the same representative and he told me to call him after claim was settled and he would try make up the difference which in my opinion would be offset of about 500.00 total for material and recovering of sofa. I get a check from the claims department paying me 180.00 for the love seat. I then call the representative to negotiate in good faith the difference as per his instructions. He sends me an email explaining how I didn't take full replacement and with his discounts I'm actually up money . In my opinion This representative should have been honest and upfront. Why tell a customer that he would make up difference if you never had the intention of negotiating. I gave my furniture to his men in good shape and I can't use it. Last the top of an antique finial broke and the driver of truck glued it back . My home and possessions are immaculate. Last my piano screws were missing and they rigged it with round top screws so now my piano doesn't close flush . Not a bad group but some of my nice furniture was broken and or not usable with no option of being made whole . Last email I got was an accusation saying that by posting this review I'm trying to extort money . The truth is that the representative acted in poor faith as a business owner . Paid a lot of money for less then white glove service . I understand the exposure in a long move and most of my possessions were fine . But not happy with the love seat sleeper outcome .

Through…read moreAirBnB, I reserved a space at 619 N. 39th St. & ultimately transferred to the location at 4031 Spring Garden St. . THE GOOD- Easy check in with coded keypads on main entry and room doors. Each space was nicely decorated with IKEA type of furnishings and contained their own bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, utensils and dishes. There are eateries, hospitals and transportation suitable for walking and driving. THE BAD- the buildings are poorly renovated dwellings that were done without materials to control the transmission of sound throughout the building. Any space below the top floor will result in you being subject to the constant and radiating sounds of people bumping up and down the steps and walking, furniture being moved/drug across the floor, pots clanking on the stove, opening and closing of doors (ie, refrigerator, microwave, room and front) and other sounds from vacuum cleaners, televisions, radio or people merely talking on the phone. THE UGLY- The first space was located on the first floor and contained a used coffee pod in the coffee maker, an empty soap container and mold on the shower curtain, ants and was extremely noisy. After (6) days of this, I requested an alternative option due to the noise and was offered the second space. It was on the second floor at (4031) and contained mold on the shower curtain, dead flies & mice & mice droppings on the furnishings. An unclean fork was in the utensil tray along with clean ones. An empty sugar container was in the cabinet. See photos. The host was responsive & did so rather promptly throughout. They were also polite initially and I received an apology for "The Inconvenience" with each matter brought to their attention. However, after relocating to 4031 Spring Garden St and making them aware of things not up to par there, the host requested to terminate my stay. Airbnb did not honor the request because I had broken no rules and was well within my right to make them aware of my concerns. In lieu of moving to a temporary location for (3) days and returning to the location at 619 N. 39th st, I requested compensation for the "inconvenience" experienced up to that point and was refunded the $50 "cleaning fee." After discovering rodents at the 4031 Spring Garden St location I again requested consideration for a refund of some kind and was denied because I had already received a refund for a separate incident (ants). And again, I was told a request to end my stay earlier would be made. I had (10 days remainingAirbnb was of no help in this matter as decisions rest with the hosts on matters of this type. This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience ever. For those considering a stay with RAMBLEI, you may enjoy a few days without notice of the things mentioned here. However, I would consider another option for a stay of longer duration. If you have multiple valid complaints they will attempt or threaten to have your stay terminate early. Lastly, they offer some rooms without a window. I was offered one and declined. I believe this is a major SAFETY HAZARD particularly in a dwelling with no insulation/fire barrier. Since fires feed off of air flow, this is an accident waiting to happen. Definitely NOT worth it with what they charge. ($1180.00 + a month).
