It isn't supervised, so it may not be ideal for very young kids. They also have a tanning bed, a sauna, and plenty of machines that are simple to use. Even the locker rooms are consistently clean. My five year old son has been participating in the Sprouts program for over a year, and he loves…read moreit! Mr. Justin is amazing with the kids, and his Sprouts program focuses on basic Han Mu Do techniques while having fun at the same time. My son also does sword work as well in the program. There is also focus on discipline, respect, and setting and achieving goals. The other instructor, Ms. Melissa, is also great and works alongside Mr. Justin in all of the classes. My son is progressing through his Sprouts belts and is close to getting his Sprouts black belt, and our son will son move up to the Juniors program. The program has been great for instilling good principles and character development! Harvest has a great family feel to it and Mr. Justin cares about his students and their families. They have also done a great job during the pandemic moving classes to Zoom then progressing to in person outdoor classes at a private property to make the classes as safe as possible.

In the contract it states you must bring a written notice in person to cancel 30 days in advance. So I took a long lunch break at work and drove 40 minutes each way to handle. Closed. Dark. No one there. But their website, Google, and on the door of the building itself states open. Very inconvenient. Tried calling 3 times that afternoon to confirm a good time to come back, no one ever answered. Went back the next day, another 40 minutes each way. Closed. Dark. No one there. Emailed them a copy of my notice and explained I'd been there twice now and no one answers the phones. They said they changed for summer hours. Which is great, but they never updated their website or the door with the same. I was told the email was fine and my membership was cancelled and would not be charged again at the end of the 3 month period. Unfortunately that was a lie as I was charged and they never cancelled my membership. Luckily they were able to fix after I immediately let them know their mistake and it's fine now. But between no one being there during business hours, not answering phones and "forgetting" to cancel at first, I would just caution everyone joining that when you cancel -- Watch your bank statements very closely!

Middle of summer, and the pool is closed because they "can't find lifeguards, since they went back to school." But yet they still offer it as an amenity. So their "pool" is open from end of May to mid August...only 2 months of the year! 2) Even if you have a friend their and get the "monthly discount" for your membership, that only lasts a few months and then they hike the price up again! Total deception on the front end. 3) They let social media influencers film their videos right in the weight room...with us as the background. Seriously? Hopefully you're okay with unknowingly becoming famous (or infamous, if the influencers chooses to roast you for your technique or looks or something). We're switching gyms...hopefully they wake up and realize that we are paying customers and we actually matter.
