Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. A 1/2 arm sleeve Denise did for someone I know I have seen the exact same design as a hip cap sized up. No changes. Don't waste your money on people who will treat you like shit behind your back. When asked what risk he thought it poses, his patient coordinators refused to answer, saying 'he knows all about all 13 types of Ehlers Danlos' (something even specialists in EDS wouldn't claim) and he would refuse to operate on any of them. Clearly, someone just googled 'Ehlers Danlos surgery risk' and saw all the scary articles about type IV and type VII, and aortic root distension, and took that to mean anyone with stretchy skin will have their heart explode on the operating table. Or, maybe someone just doesn't like trans women.Either way, this is completely unprofessional and has no basis in medical fact.
