I explained that was absurd I didn't have three she said if I didn't wait she would call my employer and say that I refused like wow so I waited in the middle of me waiting she went in the back and called my employer and told them I was not a good candidate for hire, that I cussed her out and was being belligerent. Like how malicious are you I was beyond shocked when I got this email from my company. I will never recommend this place to anyone. OhioHealth has gone to Quest Diagnostics for their outpatient lab tests. I am not sure if I will go back. The app was easiest enough to use and understand.

The tech then took about 15 minutes filling out paperwork, then had to redo them because he entered the information incorrectly. Ultimately, he drew 5 vials of blood for what was supposed to be 3 tests. I received one result on Saturday, and then called my physician today to see where the other two were, and they were never entered. So I'm not sure what the tech did with the additional 4 vials of blood that I gave him, but they were never even sent onto the lab for evaluation. On top of that, the tech made some inappropriate and sexist comments (making unsolicited remarks about how I should "let my husband be a man" etc.). This feels incredibly unprofessional bordering on negligent--even my physician was stunned. I'd strongly warn anyone against going here based on my experience, and I plan to contact Quest directly to share this feedback.

This place is very new and located away from the city so its not overrun. It was nice to be able to walk in and get immediate attention. The rooms that they put you in were large and private. We never felt like we were on display or rushed as we have been at other ER's. Thanks for all the great work, compassionate staff and excellent facility.

I think it was my OB-GYN who told me this place existed. So sure enough, when I went to schedule I asked to have it here. My appointment just happened to be at a time that I needed a white dress for a celebration - in DECEMBER. Yeah, tough order to fill. Thank goodness for Last Act. Not by the mammogram place - but in Macy's all the same! After finding my dress ($20), I went for my appointment. The facility is literally a 2 person, 2 room show. The waiting/reception with receptionist and mammogram room with mammogram tech. I checked in and only had to wait about 5 minutes before the person ahead of me stepped out the xray room and I was called in. I removed the required garments and chatted with the tech while she did what she needed to do to get the shots done she needed. I literally was done in less than 10 minutes. I got dressed and stepped out - and the next person stepped in. Talk about CONVENIENT! So much better than other experiences where you have to check in, disrobe and wait in another waiting room in a robe - to be called back and get the mammogram done, etc. So simple and quick. I highly recommend you go here if you like CONVENIENCE!!
