A great place to stay. It is super clean. The owner/manager is on premises and goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant.

The town of Williams may be small, but it has several solid restaurant options along with fast food and pizza spots--and even DoorDash delivers right to the hotel, which is a nice bonus after a long day of driving. The hotel itself has been fully renovated, and it really shows. You can tell the ownership genuinely cares about both the property and their guests. Everything feels clean, updated, and well maintained. Amenities are excellent for a stopover or short stay. There's a swimming pool, a grill for cooking, and even a small gym. Parking is plentiful, and most of the time you can park right outside your room, which is great if you're traveling with a car full of belongings or just want peace of mind. In the morning, they offer a basic continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, danishes, and yogurt. There's no indoor dining area, but you can easily take it back to your room or enjoy it by the pool. The rooms are well stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and a shower cap, and I really appreciated the extra space heater in addition to the standard AC/heater wall unit--such a thoughtful touch. The internet is free and good signal. Pro tip: Book directly through the hotel's website. It's cheaper than Booking.com or Hotels.com (I saved $8), and the price difference more than makes up for any points you might earn elsewhere. It's also cheaper than walking in to book, and they do fill up quickly--when we checked in, only a couple of rooms were left. I've been very happy with both of my stays and will absolutely continue stopping here on future trips. Highly recommended!

My wife and I made reservations through Expedia with Traveler's Inn for Tue, Jul 28 to Wed, Jul 29, (Itinerary # 73463144264880). We were planning to stay there on our way to Santa Barbara, CA where I was to perform some music at a friend's wedding, but then I just received the bad news that I will be needing to start radiation therapy for prostate cancer in July. The treatment involves 8 weeks of radiation sessions, 5 days per week, and must be uninterrupted. At a time when anxiety and stress are elevated I have to deal with spending $93.00 for a hotel stay that I can't use! Cancelling seven weeks in advance didn't seem matter to Traveler's Inn! How horrible is it that a business can be so cold and uninterested in an individual's specific circumstances, and does not offer a refund. I could understand it, and it would be justifiable, if the cancellation came within 1 week of the reserved date, because it might be difficult to fill that room in such a short time. But 7 weeks in advance!?!?!? I am so shocked by such a policy. I'm sorry to vent so much anger and frustration like this, but I am overwhelmed by the user-unfriendliness of this policy.

If you want to get jipped come here…read more Not only do the slots not give ONE DOLLAR- the table host takes advantage of you when you're relying on them for the correct way to play assuming they're more knowledgeable than you to a certain extent given they are running the table, as well as guidance on what to do. They say they provide you "options" on how to play but would a normal person play on a winning hand???? Come on dude. The tables host told me to double down on a 21 and proceeded to flip a card on MY WINNING HAND OF BLACKJACK! I thought the dealer saw something I did not, aside from the fact that I didn't know on a double down BLACKJACK they would put another card down on my already winning hand!! I also asked the casino manager to come on the side for us to talk and they proceeded to bring 5 security guards next to me- I'm a 115 lbs, WTF do you think I can possible do for a need to have 4-5 security guards next to me for me expressing myself over a hand that I wanted to speak to the manager on PRIVATELY and about principal- it was over $50 dollars but it's the principal that a dealer should say something on the lines of, "Although you have a winning hand, some people choose to double" vs. DOUBLE ON A 21 Seriously, I've gone to A LOT of casinos, and I don't complain either lol this ones just ridiculous that I couldn't pass up the opportunity on sharing my experience and giving you the option on who you give business to. This casino does not provide towels either in case you feel like showering, you know, basics of a everyday life of a human being. They provide ONE towel for your entire stay and when you ask for one more, apparently they're out and don't do laundry to provide their paying guest another towel Seriously, a joke of a casino. There wasn't even 100 people on Christmas day/night in the ENTIRE CASINO- not bc of corona, but bc people don't like how they play their customers, hence, no one comes to this place. Aren't the overall reviews and stars you guys received on Yelp enough for you guys to see YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS don't appreciate how you guys do business????? Shady. Never coming here again- please don't waste your time and money here. Go to another casino and save yourself the headache. Promise you won't be dissatisfied if you guys go ANYWHERE else aside from here bc the service is that bad. Please figure out how to treat people better. It's not nice to manipulate your paying customers. If the dealer isn't experienced, maybe they should keep their opinions to themselves. I requested the 5 security guards to please rewatch the RECORDED TAPE OF ME PLAYING so they see I'm not making stuff up and they could get to the bottom of it, their only answer was that I made the choice- yes, I made the choice based off a professionals opinion when I'm just playing a card game that I'm not use to considering every casino has different rules per game- there were only 3 total tables open throughout the casino, each with a different game, you did not have options. DO NOT COME HERE. First and LAST time for me here. ‍ 0/10 Also, just a FYI for management- when a customer lets you know they are going to post their negative experience to others, the best thing not to say is to "go ahead". Learn how to treat people that spend a lot of money at your establishment correctly. P.S: saw a person get in a fist fight on Christmas Day INSIDE OF THE CASINO, there were not 4-5 security guards next to him, there was one person from the casino+ his GF when this guy literally punched someone in their face but hey, don't mind me- I'm just a 115 lb girl wanting to talk the the floor manager about my concern- didn't know I was so savage to have the need of 5 security guards. Also- see pic attached, pretty sure it's not ok to cover the fire alarm in the room with a plastic bag!!!

I usually win or break even but the hotel is horrible. Me and my mother stayed there on three separate occasions horrible experience each time. We tried to give the hotel a chance but it failed miserably. The first time the room they assigned us was dirty. The room had food boxes, condoms and a dirty toilet. They apologized and moved us to a different room. The second time their system went down and they could not check us in for a hour we literally had to walk around the casino with our luggage until they could work it. Then when they fixed it system we went to the room the thermostat was not working so it stayed on 69 degrees the whole time. It was dead of winter and we froze as they did not have any other available rooms to accommodate. The third and final time I took my mother there for her birthday. They accidently charged me for a night for a complimentary room then they held three times the room amount on my debit card. The manager stated the clerk was new and I would get my money back 5-7 business days there was no instant refund. If I wanted a refund I had to drive 2 hours back to the casino to get a check. The front desk also told us that their system does not allow you to check out early with out charging you even if it complimentary. Overall the casino is good, food isn't bad but the hotel is horrible. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Thunder Valley, Cache creek or Hard Rock. The service is better and the rooms are nicer. The difference is like comparing the Motel 6 to the Marriott. The casino is in the middle of nowhere you would think they would have better service and nicer rooms to accommodate there out of town travelers.

My mother in law loves Colusa Casino as it's super close to her home, so when we go it's usually with her. Colusa is a clean casino. With food and games it has all the things you need to have a fun time. We came on a Sunday to try their brunch buffet which runs from 10-2pm. It was a pretty good deal. $30 and a full spread. Nothing spectacular like made to order omelettes or waffles and pancakes. But there are servers handing out potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausage, eggs and even chilaquiles (which was my favorite). Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and said we'd definitely do it again. We often come here for the birthday bingo. The crowd is usually large for it. I'm talking 300 or so people all vying for a pot of $500 to $1000 each round. This lasts for a couple hours. Tons of machines, a few card tables and a nice bar for sports watching. Bathrooms are always super clean. While writing this review I'm realizing how awesome the experience is for the size of the place. It's well run. Machine's are top notch and the crowd is very lively yet not too crazy.

A "very OK" stay…read more Pros... The price. With the military/veterans discount, I paid less than $75 for the night. The room. The room was very clean, there was a nice size TV with dish Network, and a fantastic picture, the bathroom was also very clean. There is fridge and a microwave, there is also a small coffee pot that will make coffee or hot water one cup at a time. Another positive is the area, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and this motel is very close to interstate 5. also, they do offer a small bagged breakfast. I got a mini yogurt, a mini muffin, a granola bar...... Aaaaand a pepperoni pizza hot pocket. (for breakfast???). 2 big Cons... The bed. The bed was very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I know it's a matter of personal taste, and I can do a firm mattress up to a point, but this one was way too firm for me. I didn't sleep very well. The biggest con of all? The Internet. The Wi-Fi was horrible. It wasn't even fast enough to surf the web, let alone watch videos. I was getting speeds on the motel Wi-Fi of less than one meg per second. . I called the motel operator, and she said she would reboot the system, But it did not help at all. And it wasn't because I was too far away from the office, my room was right next-door to the office. Definitely uncool. I tried using my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot, but the motel appears to be in a cellular "hole", because I finally had enough speed to at least surf the web, but every time I tried to watch a video, it would buffer like crazy. I've had better Internet at little mom and pop motels in town. While the motel was OK, I would not stay here again just because of the bed and the Internet issue. Sorry.

The pool walls were also spotty. I tried to rub them off and couldn't. What I did notice was there was algae on the walls. That did rub off. The pool skimmer wasn't working because floating things in front of it weren't being sucked in. I promptly got out. There was trash and dirt debris within the pool fence. I noted a dead bird in the in closure too. Some left an old BBQ just outside a room. There was also a discarded stove stuffed under a stairwell. This motel is owned by Best Western which is usually first class. I think I will go shower now before I turn into swamp thing.

She gained notice as a runner-up in TV5's Star Factor at age 14 and made her theatrical debut in 2012 as Mitchie Torres in Repertory Philippines' adaptation of Disney's Camp Rock. She received wider notice as a semi-finalist in the first season of ABS-CBN's The Voice of the Philippines in 2013. In 2015, Morissette released her self-titled debut album. It was certified Platinum by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry. The accolades for Morissette's music and performances have included two Awit Awards, an Aliw Award, six PMPC Star Awards for Music, and 38 Wish 107.5 Music Awards, the most such awards of any artist. With ticket purchase, they did provide an optional promo code for 15% off a room reservation valid only for the night of the event if you were interested in staying over. Tickets were non-refundable and managed through an Etix account. Delivery of tickets wasn't available until 5 days before the event, and could be printed or added to phone's digital wallets. From the parking garage elevator, you did have to walk through the gaming area and past the eateries to get to the Event Center. Outside the security checkpoint, the closest restroom that I saw/used only had 2 stalls. Once you get past the security, then the Event Center and ballrooms have their own bathrooms. Ushers were good showing you to your section/row/seats. These were metal cushioned interlocking chairs, no armrests, seat number labeled on top. We were in SEC 5, Row BB, Seats 61 and 62. This wasn't bad at all to see the stage, plus they had the big screens on either side too, although unless you're in a group, unfortunately you can't choose your neighbors. 2-hour show, no intermission, one artist outfit change, acoustics were alright, special effects and lighting were cool. As I mentioned before, policy says no photography or recording but even though we got there when doors opened at 7pm, there was no general announcement/reminder before the show actually started. So, for the opening Tagalog song, many, many folks were recording video. The ushers and security swooped in, pointing and making big "X's" with their arms to get people to stop. At one point, security escorted Morissette down/through the audience aisles during a song and then fans were again taking photos and video and selfies as she passed by. I wish they would at least allow maybe the encore song or something, especially in this modern/social day and age, or a designated photo op. It was great to catch Morissette live for an unforgettable night of powerhouse vocals and pure emotion! She did maybe 4 English songs, a couple Bisaya songs, and the rest were Tagalog. Her 15 years in the industry were well-represented and songs ranged from romantic ballads like Akin Ka Na Lang and Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw to Secret Love Song, Defying Gravity, I'll Be There, and Rise Up.
